Yunfu City Urban Planning Demonstration Hall, Yunfu History and Culture Exhibition Yunfu City Museum is a comprehensive museum. It was officially opened on December 28, 2009 and is open to the public Complimentary. In May 2013, it was rated as a national second-level museum by the State Administration of Cultural Heritage. Yunfu City Museum is a "public welfare" institution integrating education, collection, protection, research and exhibition. It shoulders the important responsibility of protecting Yunfu's local material cultural heritage and displaying and inheriting Yunfu's local cultural characteristics. Through exhibitions, it reveals Yunfu's profound cultural heritage, publicizes the three major cultural brands of Zen Sixth Patriarch Culture, Nanjiang Culture, and Stone Art Culture, and allows the general public to understand Yunfu's historical evolution and local cultural characteristics by visiting the exhibition. At the same time, it also shows the audience the present and future development plans of Yunfu. The city museum has now become an important place for learning, appreciation, and leisure for the general Residents, and it is also an important window for Yunfu's foreign cultural exchanges.
