SaveChef Dan Ashmore is hosting an exclusive dining experience for one night only on September 29th aboard the Fingal hotel in Leith. Taking place in The Bridge, which is the ship's former command room, the event costs 170 pounds per person. Only 10 places are available for the booking.

The menu draws inspiration from the landscapes of the Scottish Borders. It begins with estate-inspired canapés, followed by hand-dived Orkney scallop, cod with cauliflower and hazelnut, and Creedy Carver duck with quince and Madeira. The meal concludes with a dessert consisting of Roxburghe honey mousse, honeycomb, citrus curd, and Earl Grey ice cream.
The Fingal hotel is located at Alexandra Dock, Edinburgh EH6 7DX. Visitors can reach the location by taking the Lothian Buses 16 service from the city area, or by taking Edinburgh Trams and alighting at the Port of Leith stop.
