Event Schedule and Venue Expansion
Organised by the Incheon Culture and Arts Center, the three-day concert series will run from September 3 to September 5 at the Incheon Culture and Arts Center Small Concert Hall.
Launched in 2024, THE SCENE was originally created to continue Incheon's rock music lineage and translate the landscapes of the city and youth into music. The brand focuses on building a unified musical environment where musicians, performance venues, and audiences connect.
This year, the scale of the event has significantly increased. While previous concerts took place in a 100-seat complex cultural space, THE SCENE 2026 has moved to a 500-seat small concert hall. By utilising a proscenium stage, organisers have broadened the scope of lighting and sound production, providing a more stable and professional environment for the participating artists.
Participating Artists and Musical Diversity
A total of seven domestic and international teams with distinct musical colours will take part in the programme. The lineup features:
* Broccoli, You Too? (known for delicate music and lyrics)
* Synco (moving between ambient and electronic music)
* Far East Asian Tigers
* Hathway
* Jacking Kong (a jazz-pop band)
* Sanbo (delivering powerful storytelling)
* Amulets (representing Macau rock music, marking an international music exchange)
Officials at the Incheon Culture and Arts Center noted that the gathering brings together musicians with diverse styles to form a single scene alongside the audience. They expressed hope that attendees will feel the comfort and energy transmitted through the music while discovering new possibilities for Incheon rock music.
