[Exhibition Overview]

    Chengdu International Chemical Equipment Exhibition (CTEF) is a highly prestigious international and professional chemical industry event in Western China. Since its preparation stage, it has attracted significant attention from enterprises in related fields such as polyolefin and polyester deep processing, natural gas deep processing, salt and phosphorus chemical industry, sulfur-phosphorus-titanium chemical industry, high-end fine chemicals, specialty chemical new materials, as well as engineering design institutes in the Southwest region.

    The total exhibition area of this edition reaches 30,000 square metres, with over 400 enterprises expected to participate jointly, attracting more than 20,000 professional visitors. The exhibition has always been committed to "serving enterprises and boosting the industry" as its core mission, with its service coverage gradually expanding to the North China, East China, and Southwest regional markets, and it has developed into a one-stop industry service platform for the oil, gas, and petrochemical sectors in China. This edition features numerous renowned domestic and international enterprises showcasing approximately 600 products, services, and technologies, including well-known industry brands such as Piller (Germany), Corning (USA), Daiko Engineering, KSB, Yuanda Valves, and Veolia.

    This exhibition is the core growth pole and strategic gateway of the Western China chemical equipment industry. As an important strategic platform within Sichuan Province's "8+6+30" chemical industry system, it is also the only large-scale chemical equipment exhibition in Central and Western China covering the entire industrial chain plus head buyers. In recent years, Sichuan Province has formed a hundred-billion-level industrial cluster centred on petrochemical equipment, natural gas chemical equipment, fine chemical equipment, and new material chemicals. Driven by national strategies such as the Western Development Initiative and the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle, participation in this exhibition represents a major strategic opportunity for enterprises to deepen their presence in the Western market and seize the dividends of industrial upgrading.

    The exhibition achieves full industrial chain product coverage, with eight major sections enabling precise business matchmaking. The product scope comprehensively covers eight fine segments: energy and chemical equipment, chemical unit equipment, chemical three-waste treatment technologies and equipment, sulfur-phosphorus-salt chemical equipment, smart transformation of chemical plants, lithium battery material preparation technologies, automation and instrumentation, as well as pumps, valves, and pipelines. From core equipment such as reactors and drying units, to intelligent control systems and high-precision sensors, and further to high-performance valves and environmental protection treatment devices, the complete innovative achievements of the chemical equipment industrial chain are fully presented.

    The exhibition brings together global high-quality buyer resources, providing exhibitors with an efficient business matchmaking platform. The 2025 edition will bring together 86 Fortune Global 500 companies and domestic and international chemical industry giants to form a "super buyer matrix", with intended procurement amounts exceeding RMB 5 billion. The BASF Asia-Pacific procurement director team will attend in person, planning to establish a new energy materials production base in the West; New Hope Chemical will conduct targeted matchmaking with a procurement budget of over RMB 10 million; overseas buyers from more than 30 countries and regions, including Russia's Ural Group and Iraq's Ministry of Oil, will also attend.

    The exhibition adopts a deeply integrated model of "exhibition + conference + research", leading the direction of industry technological innovation. During the exhibition, the Sichuan Provincial Chemical Industry Association's "15th Five-Year Plan" symposium will be held to discuss development pathways for the phosphorus chemical, natural gas chemical, and fine chemical industries; the 14th China Shale Oil and Gas Development Conference will bring together top experts including Luo Pingya, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, for in-depth discussions on frontier topics such as fracturing technology, drilling and completion equipment, and digital-intelligent development; the Chemical Materials and Equipment Supply-Demand Symposium will promote two-way cooperation between "materials and equipment", with a team from Sichuan University also providing on-site technical consultation and joint R&D solutions.

    The CTEF series adopts a global layout model of "Chengdu + Shanghai + Xinjiang + Overseas", connecting the two-way channel between the "Belt and Road" initiative and emerging economies. It will also organise Chinese exhibitor delegations to conduct in-depth engagement with the headquarters of Tatneft in Russia, precisely opening up cooperation channels for Chinese chemical equipment enterprises to go global. At present, overseas visitors already cover more than 30 countries and regions, with the exhibition's level of internationalisation continuing to rise.
