Jiangxi International Green Mining Expo

【Exhibition Overview】

    This expo aims to support the healthy development of Jiangxi's mining industry in the new era, promoting the widespread application of new products, new technologies, and new equipment in the sector. The exhibition invites industry guests from all walks of life, including government leaders, experts and scholars, and heads of enterprises and associations, to jointly analyse the industry's development trends, explore new growth drivers for the industry, seek fresh development approaches, and build a global mining cooperation platform featuring “innovation, cooperation, development, and win-win outcomes”.

    Jiangxi boasts superior metallogenic geological conditions and abundant mineral resources, making it a well-known domestic base for non-ferrous, rare, rare-earth, and uranium minerals, with a relatively high degree of overall resource matching. The seven major mineral categories in Jiangxi—copper, tungsten, rare earth, uranium, tantalum-niobium, gold, and silver—have long been hailed as the “Seven Golden Flowers”. Among these, tungsten and ion-adsorption rare earth ores occupy an important position in the global mining sector, earning Jiangxi the reputation of being the “Tungsten Capital of the World” and the “Kingdom of Rare Earths”.

    The non-ferrous metals industry is currently the only traditional advantageous industry in Jiangxi with a scale exceeding RMB 500 billion. It serves as both the “ballast stone” of Jiangxi's manufacturing sector and the province's No. 1 pillar industry, making Jiangxi the top non-ferrous metals province in the country. According to Jiangxi Province's “2+6+N” Industrial High-Quality Leapfrog Development Action Plan, the province's non-ferrous metals industry is expected to reach a main business revenue of one trillion yuan in the future.
