Please present the original valid ID document filled in at the time of purchase to obtain tickets or vouchers at the ticket counter of Zhuhai Chimelong Ocean Kingdom or Zhuhai Hengqin Chimelong Theatre, and then present the original valid ID document and relevant vouchers at the park's entrance gate for verification of person, ticket, and ID before entry.

(1) Standard Ticket (Adult Ticket): Applicable to all persons;

(2) Children's Ticket: Children aged 3 years or above but under 12 years old on the day of visit, or with a height of 1.0 meters or above but not exceeding 1.5 metres;

(3) Youth Ticket (Student Ticket): Minors aged 12 years or above but under 18 years old on the day of visit, with a height over 1.5 metres;

(4) Free Admission: Children under 3 years old on the day of visit, or with a height below 1.0 metres enter free (one ticket‑purchasing adult can only bring one free‑admission child);

The above age requirements are calculated based on the birthday, subject to the travel date. If the corresponding conditions are not met, the price difference must be paid according to the applicable ticket type.

Valid for visiting the designated theme park and watching the booked circus session on the specified date of use, limited to one entry per person.

(1) Chimelong Ocean Kingdom regular operating hours: 10:00‑20:00;

(2) Chimelong Show performance reference time: 17:00 / 20:00. If there are additional shows at the attraction, the schedule may change. The final usage time is subject to the attraction or SMS notification.

(1) The Chimelong Show included in the package ticket is a regular seat ticket; seats are on a first‑come, first‑served basis;

(2) Please ensure that the identification information filled in for the visitor/user at the time of booking is accurate, true, and complete. Any inability to verify usage, enter the park, or any losses incurred due to inaccurate or erroneous information submitted shall be borne by the user;

(3) Zhuhai Hengqin Chimelong Theatre implements a one‑person, one‑seat, one‑ticket policy. All persons entering to watch the circus must purchase a ticket. To ensure guest safety and order within the venue, children and infants under 3 years old or under 1.0 metres in height on the performance day are not recommended for entry. If entry is insisted upon, a children's ticket must be purchased, and the supervising adult shall be responsible for the care of the accompanying child or infant.

During holidays and peak periods, please enter the park at least 45 minutes in advance.
