When checking in, please present a valid ID to collect your tickets at the hotel ticket centre. You must hold a valid ID and ticket for park entry (please consult the front desk for further details).

(2) Chimelong Show (Zhuhai) on check‑in date: session at 17:00;

(3) Dinner buffet time: 17:30‑21:30; Venue: Dolphin Restaurant, available on check‑in night only;

The triple ticket package is applicable for 2 adults + 1 child or 3 adults.

(1) Child standard: Height between 1.0m and 1.5m only (children under 1.0m are free of charge; each adult may bring one child under 1.0m, excluding the Grand Circus);

(2) Ocean Kingdom: Each standard ticket adult may bring one child who is under 3 years old or under 1.0m in height on the day of visit into the park free of charge (excluding the circus);

(3) Dinner policy: Each adult may bring one child who is under 3 years old or under 1.0m in height on the day of dining. For additional persons, please consult the hotel for add‑on purchases;

(4) Chimelong Show: Chimelong Show tickets are designated as standard seats, valid only for viewing on the first night of stay (not valid across different days). Daily circus seats are limited and available on a first‑come, first‑served basis. The performance venue and session are subject to the tickets issued on the day. Chimelong Theatre (Zhuhai Hengqin) implements a one‑person‑one‑seat‑one‑ticket policy; all individuals entering to watch the circus must purchase a ticket. To ensure guest safety and order within the venue, children or infants under 3 years old or under 1.0m in height on the performance day are not recommended for entry. If insisting on entry, a child ticket must be purchased, and the supervising adult shall be responsible for the care of the accompanying children and infants.

(1) The Ocean Kingdom tickets included in the package, once bound to the guest's identity, allow multiple entries to Ocean Kingdom within 2 days starting from the check‑in day. Before entering the park, guests must register their facial image at the Ocean Kingdom ticket gates for convenient entry via the facial recognition channel;

(2) The hotel reserves the right to change supply prices and selling prices based on the season and its own sales situation. In case of promotional price reductions or similar, no refund for the price difference will be made after order confirmation. Your understanding is appreciated.
