After successful booking, please check WhatsApp / SMS for the confirmation voucher. Print or download the voucher to your phone and show it to the driver.

From your hotel in Bangkok to Ban Phe Pier on Koh Samet (there are many piers to Koh Samet; please contact our customer service if you require a different pier). Afterwards, guests need to take a boat to Koh Samet.

The driver's language is Thai. If you require an English‑speaking driver, please state it in the remarks when booking. We will try our best to accommodate, but success is not guaranteed.

This is the price per vehicle trip. If the destination is changed temporarily, an additional fee may apply and must be negotiated with the driver or contact us.

Our company reserves the right to arrange a vehicle of the same class or a higher class than the one booked.

Durian is not allowed when using this car rental service. The fleet will refuse boarding, and no refund will be issued. Please take note.

Surcharges may apply during Christmas, New Year, around Chinese New Year, and Thai New Year. You may consult our customer service in advance or pay the difference after placing the order.
