Tips 1 Upgrade Your Circus Seats

When attending the grand circus, only those who have purchased VIP seats are required to sit in their assigned seats within the VIP section. All other standard seats are on a first‑come, first‑served basis and do not require assigned seating. As the theatre is quite large, your seating position determines how well you can enjoy the entire performance. However, if you have purchased a standard ticket and there are still VIP tickets available upon entry, you can upgrade your seat on‑site!

**There are two locations for on‑site seat upgrades at Chimelong Theatre: one is at the ticket counter, and the other is at the dedicated upgrade point at the "Wonder Train" on the 2nd floor of the theatre.

Tips 2 Sit Close to the Central VIP Area

If you are unable to purchase VIP seat tickets, it is recommended to sit as close to the VIP area as possible. The closer to the centre of the stage, the better! This is because performers usually face the VIP area during the show, which is also the central seating zone of the theatre.

Tips 3 Sit Higher Up

Sitting higher up is better than sitting off to the side. Sitting on the side may seem closer to the stage, but the viewing experience is actually quite mediocre – you may not get a complete view of the show and might only see the performers' backs. Some acts are only clearly visible from the centre. On the other hand, sitting higher up and towards the middle, although further from the stage, allows you to have a more comprehensive view of the performance. Additionally, you won't need to crane your neck as much when there are high‑altitude performances.

1. If you have purchased Standard Seat tickets, seating is on a first‑come, first‑served basis. Please present the original valid identification document used at the time of booking for park entry verification.

2. If you have purchased circus tickets for different seating classes, you will not be able to sit in consecutive seats. For example, Standard Seats cannot be seated consecutively with First Class Seats.

3. If you have purchased tickets of the same seating class, such as First Class or Golden VIP Seats, and require consecutive seating, please provide the original valid identification document information of all visitors requiring consecutive seats in the same order when purchasing the circus tickets. After purchase, obtain your seat numbers via the ticket collection link as instructed. The system will prioritise arranging consecutive seats.

4. Seats for First Class and Golden VIP tickets are automatically assigned by the park system according to the order of park entry reservations. Manual seat selection is not supported. If multiple people are visiting on the same day:

1) For a single order with multiple tickets that qualify for ID ticket collection, only one order containing multiple tickets of the same visitor category is supported (e.g., an order of 4 adult tickets). After successful park entry reservation, seat numbers will be issued as consecutive seats;

2) For multiple orders under one ID, i.e., tickets purchased in multiple orders using one ID document, you may use the ID document linked to the multiple orders to make the park entry reservation. On the pending reservation page, simultaneously select the multiple orders and make a one‑click reservation to have consecutive seat numbers issued;

3) For other ticket combinations or orders reserved separately, consecutive seat numbers cannot be guaranteed.
