Select travel date, vehicle type, number of passengers ‑‑ fill in contact information + hotel details ‑‑ confirm information ‑‑ place order and pay ‑‑ payment successful ‑‑‑ booking confirmed;

After successful booking, please check your registered email for the confirmation voucher. Print the voucher or download it to your mobile phone to show the driver;

Driver fee, vehicle rental fee, fuel cost;

Toll fee / tunnel fee (not charged if not passed through), driver meal fee RMB30/meal. If the driver can have a meal with you, no additional driver meal fee is required;

For vehicle use within Sanya area, general daily mileage does not exceed 180km. Excess mileage is calculated by dividing the daily price by the standard mileage. However, returning to the hotel mid‑trip is not allowed. There is no limit on the number of attractions. Please specify the detailed itinerary in the special instructions when placing the order;

Any 8 hours between 7:00‑21:00. If the service time exceeds this, please contact customer service for a separate quote;

The driver speaks Thai and basic English (it is recommended to set the itinerary in advance, and the Thai‑speaking customer service will communicate directly with the driver);

Overtime fee to be paid in cash to the driver: RMB100/hour;
