Booking Method

Select the booking date, fill in the information of one person to place the order. After successful payment, the order is confirmed as placed.

Ticket Collection Method

Once the booking is confirmed, please check your registered email shortly, print or download the confirmation voucher to your mobile phone and present it at the ticket counter for exchange.

Ticket Exchange Address

The boarding pier is at E Pier of Bali Hai Pier in Pattaya. The ticket exchange pier is D Pier. After crossing the bridge, walk to the end and turn left to see Pier D and E. Present the confirmation voucher to scan at D Pier, then proceed to E Pier for boarding. (Please arrive 30 minutes early for ticket exchange.)

Time Description

Ticket exchange time is 30 minutes before the selected time slot. There are currently 3 time slots available, please select when placing the order.

Inclusions

Boat ticket, buffet dinner (due to fewer Chinese tourists, currently predominantly Indian cuisine), cabaret show featuring trans performers.

Exclusions

Tipping for interaction with trans performers (starting from 100 Thai Baht), other personal expenses not mentioned, round trip transportation costs.

Child Policy

Children under 4 years old enter for free, children aged 4‑11 enjoy a child price, those over 11 are charged the adult rate.

Seating Arrangement

The All Star Cruise has three decks. The first and second decks are air‑conditioned indoor dining and performance areas with random seating assignment (cannot be specified). The third deck is an open‑air viewing area which you can access anytime. The dinner is an international seafood buffet; dining at shared tables may occur.

Cancellation policy
