After successful booking, please pay attention to the WhatsApp/SMS notification to receive the confirmation voucher. Print the voucher or download it to your mobile phone and show it to the driver;

Driver gratuity (if you are satisfied with the driver's service, you may give a gratuity of 20‑80 THB at your discretion);

From Bangkok hotel to Ban Phe Pier on Koh Samet (there are many piers to Koh Samet; if you need a different pier, please contact customer service), after which guests need to take a boat to Koh Samet by themselves;

The driver's language is Thai. If you require an English‑speaking driver, please note it in the remarks when booking. We will try our best to accommodate, but success is not guaranteed;

This is the price per vehicle trip. If you change the destination temporarily, additional fees will apply and need to be negotiated with the driver or by contacting us;

The company reserves the right to arrange a vehicle of the same class or higher than the booked vehicle class;

Durians are not allowed when using this car rental service. The driver's team will refuse boarding and no refund will be issued. Please take note;

Surcharges may apply during Christmas, New Year, around Chinese New Year, and Thai New Year (Songkran). You may contact customer service in advance to inquire or pay the price difference after booking;
