1. If you purchase General Seat tickets, seats are allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis. Please present the original valid ID document used at the time of booking for entry verification.

2. If you purchase tickets of the same seating class, such as First Class, First Class Interactive, or VIP seats, and require adjacent seating, please provide the valid ID information of all guests who need to sit together in the same order when purchasing circus tickets. After purchase, obtain your seat numbers via the ticket collection link as prompted. The system will prioritise arranging adjacent seats.

3. Tickets of different seating classes cannot be seated adjacently. For example, General Seat tickets cannot be seated next to First Class tickets.
