(3) If you are unsure whether your itinerary is suitable, we suggest placing an order without payment, and providing your hotel details, number of passengers, and preferred date in the remarks. Our customer service will provide a quotation.
(4) The itinerary requires the departure area and the drop‑off area to be the same. If not, an approximate KRW 30,000 surcharge shall be paid to the driver on site. Thank you for your understanding.

Q: What is the maximum number of passengers per vehicle? How are the number of people and luggage counted? What about children?
A: Both people and luggage occupy seats. Please refer to the product description; the number of people + luggage must not exceed the maximum seat count. Korean vehicles are relatively small, and ideally for 7‑, 9‑, and 12‑seater vehicles, the 3 seats in the last row cannot be occupied by passengers and can only be used for luggage.
Q: Can I book only airport pickup or only airport drop‑off?
A: You can book pickup or drop‑off services separately, or book both together.
Q: Can I be guaranteed a vehicle after booking?
A: Usually, booking 3 days in advance ensures vehicle availability. For special circumstances, please consult customer service.
Q: What language does the tour guide speak? Do they speak Chinese? Do I need to tip?
A: Most drivers on HopeTrip are Chinese‑speaking drivers. Tipping is at your own discretion based on service quality.

A: Baby seats are currently not provided!
Q: How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
A: Once your booking is confirmed, our customer service will contact you and send you a confirmation email within 1‑2 working days.
Q: Customer service said my booking is confirmed, but I did not receive the confirmation email. What should I do?
A: In such cases, the SMS and email are usually intercepted or automatically deleted. You can check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, you can ask customer service to resend it, or change your email address and have it resent.
Q: After booking airport transfer services, when will I receive the booking confirmation email?
A: Usually, after payment is completed, customer service will confirm your order details and send you the confirmation email within about 3 working days. If you have not received it 3 days before departure, please contact customer service promptly for assistance.
Q: Does the booking confirmation email need to be printed in colour or black and white? Does a screenshot printout affect anything?
A: Black and white printing is sufficient. As long as the content of the email is clearly legible when printed.
