One‑way airport transfer service from Bangkok Airport to Pattaya city hotels; if the hotel is located in a remote out‑of‑area zone, customer service will contact you after booking to settle the price difference;
Pick‑up and drop‑off available 24 hours;
The driver speaks Thai and only basic English;
If there is no flight delay, the driver will wait for 2 hours from the scheduled flight arrival time. For visa‑on‑arrival, the waiting time can be extended to 4 hours with prior notice;
After the waiting time exceeds 2 hours, a surcharge of THB200/hour (approx. HKD50) applies, with any period less than 1 hour counted as 1 full hour, payable directly to the driver;
This is a per‑vehicle‑trip price. If the destination is changed at the last minute, additional charges may apply and must be negotiated with the driver or contact us;
The Baby Seat price is per seat per one‑way trip. Baby seats can be added to all vehicle types. If needed, please book together with the vehicle. Suitable for children under 109cm or aged 0‑4 years only;
We reserve the right to arrange a vehicle of the same class or higher than the booked vehicle class;
Durian is not allowed in any air‑conditioned area in Thailand. When using this car rental service, durian is strictly prohibited. The fleet will refuse boarding and no refund will be issued. Please take note;
Surcharges apply during Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year period, and Thai New Year (Songkran). Please contact customer service in advance for details or pay the price difference after booking;
