Guangzhou Sunac Snow Park tickets require real‑name booking. Reservations must be made with one ID per person, corresponding to the visitor.

(1) The timing for Guangzhou Sunac Snow Park starts from swiping the card at the entry gate and ends at the exit gate. If the duration is less than the ticket type, no refund or compensation will be provided. Any duration exceeding the ticket type will be regarded as overtime, and overtime fees shall be made up according to the prices announced at the ticket office. (Overtime fee reference: Off‑peak season: RMB ¥40/30 minutes; Mid‑peak season: RMB ¥50/30 minutes; Peak season: RMB ¥60/30 minutes. No fee is required for within 30 minutes of overtime. Starting from over 30 minutes, overtime fees will be charged per half‑hour, and any period less than half an hour will be calculated as half an hour.)

(2) Guangzhou Sunac Snow Park provides free snow suits, snow shoes, lockers (including wristbands), helmets, and snow cards without deposit. If there is any damage or loss, please compensate according to the prices announced at the snow resort. (3) Please keep and carry your snow card with you after entering the snow resort. The snow card is required for collecting and returning equipment, and must be returned when leaving the snow resort.

(1) Please be sure to bring the visitor's valid identification document on the day of the visit. After collecting the snow card, if the identification presented on the day of visit does not match the ticket‑purchasing identification information, it will be deemed as an automatic forfeiture of the right to use the ticket. Entry to the snow resort will not be allowed, and the ticket is non‑refundable and non‑exchangeable. (2) Please keep the ticket collection code safe and do not disclose it to others. Disclosing or losing the ticket collection code will result in failure to enter the snow resort normally, and a new ticket must be purchased. Please keep the snow card properly after collection. If visitors cannot enter or enjoy the snow resort normally due to loss or damage, a new ticket must be purchased. During the visit, please retain your snow card at all times and present it when requested by staff. (3) Snow entertainment tickets are limited to visitors playing in the snow entertainment area. Please do not bring skiing equipment; staff have the right to refuse skiing equipment from being brought into the snow resort once discovered. Please do not wear ski boots to enter the snow entertainment area. (4) Ski tickets allow visitors to independently choose to collect single‑board (snowboard) or double‑board (ski) skiing equipment with the snow card.

(1) Skiing is a high‑risk sport, and some activities in the venue are thrilling and exciting. If you suffer from heart disease, high blood pressure, acrophobia, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, epilepsy, asthma, conditions advised by doctors as unsuitable for strenuous exercise, or if you are pregnant, under the influence of alcohol, or your behavior is affected by medication, please carefully choose whether to participate based on your actual physical condition. (2) Minors must be accompanied by adults when visiting, and elderly people are not recommended to participate in thrilling ice and snow activities. (3) Please use the on‑site amusement equipment and facilities correctly and follow the arrangements of the on‑site staff. Please pay attention to safety at all times during your visit (pay attention to avoiding collisions, do not run on the ice, avoid slipping, etc.), and do not linger in the stopping or buffering areas of the amusement items. (4) To avoid unnecessary disputes, please do not engage in the following behaviors: (1) Participating in activities beyond the product's rights and interests scope (including areas, projects, etc.), conducting skiing teaching without reporting or getting permission from the snow resort, commercial shooting, online live streaming, personal peddling, obtaining or purchasing goods/services for the purpose of resale, or improper use for other purposes; (2) Permitting others to use your product rights and interests through gifting, reselling, or lending; (3) Engaging in any dangerous, illegal, or aggressive behavior; (4) Engaging in behaviors that seriously disrupt the normal business order of the snow resort or seriously affect the personal and property safety of others; (5) Other improper behaviors. If any of the above situations occur, the snow resort has the right to take all or part of the following measures at any time without bearing breach of contract liability such as compensation: (1) Adding you to the visitor blacklist, including the Guangzhou Sunac Snow Park blacklist (you will not be able to enter Guangzhou Sunac Snow Park), the Sunac Snow Park brand blacklist (you will not be able to enter Sunac snow resorts and other cooperative ski resorts in various locations), and the industry alliance blacklist; (2) Revoking, invalidating, or freezing your products and rights, and the remaining unused period/fees will not be extended, postponed, or refunded; (3) Charging liquidated damages of 30% of the order amount. If the liquidated damages are not enough to cover the losses, further compensation will be pursued. (5) Smoking is prohibited inside the snow resort (including tobacco products, e‑cigarettes, or other smoke‑producing products). To create a good visiting environment, please do not smoke inside the snow resort; otherwise, the snow resort will add you to the visitor blacklist and ban you from entering the park for 15 days. (6) Please cooperate with security checks before admission. Do not carry flammable, explosive, or dangerous items, national controlled weapons, or items with potential safety hazards. Personal sales behaviors are prohibited inside the snow resort, and please do not carry excessive items. Outside food, beverages, drinking water, and other foods (except infant food) may cause food hygiene and safety problems, so please consume them before admission. (7) If any anomalies or failures occur in the operation of facilities and equipment inside the snow resort requiring maintenance and inspection, some facilities and equipment may be suspended or closed without prior notice. In such cases, ticket extension or refunds will not be provided. (8) Due to carrying capacity, severe weather, special events, safety, or order reasons, the snow resort operating hours or the opening of amusement items will be adjusted accordingly. Please refer to the actual announcements of the snow resort on the day of the visit. (9) If you experience any discomfort or emergency situations during your visit, please seek help from on‑site staff in time or call the rescue phone number. (10) Please pay attention to and comply with this "Snow Resort Notice", the project visitor notices announced on‑site, riding posture requirements, safety warning signs, loudspeaker broadcasts, and other prompt guidelines and safety tips. Upon admission, you will be deemed to agree to the above contents, and you must bear responsibility for any injury caused to yourself or others due to your own behavior. (11) The "snow resort" mentioned and applied in this product refers to the Guangzhou Sunac Indoor Ski Resort operated by "Guangzhou Rongxuan Culture Tourism Management Co., Ltd.".

If you apply for a ticket refund 1 day or more before the travel date, no handling fee will be charged for the refund. If tickets are not collected on the travel date, a handling fee of 20% of the payment amount will be charged for the refund. Once any ticket is collected, used, or overdue, it cannot be refunded; partial refunds are not accepted for orders.
