(1) Travelers aged 3 or above must purchase an adult ticket;

(2) Infants aged 2 or below not occupying a seat may participate for free;

(3) Each adult is permitted to bring only one infant not occupying a seat. If there are accompanying members, please specify in the "Remarks" section when booking;

(4) The minimum group size for tour formation is 20 participants;

(1) The minimum tour size is 20 participants. If the number of participants does not meet the requirement, the tour will be cancelled, and a cancellation notice will be issued 7 days prior to departure;

(2) In case of adverse weather conditions such as typhoons or snowstorms, the decision on whether to cancel the departure will be made at 18:00 local time on the day prior to departure, and notification will be sent via email;

(3) Children under 2 years of age do not include meals;

(4) Please verify the tour reference number on‑site and assemble at the designated location;

(5) On the day of the tour, itinerary stopover durations may be adjusted or some sights may be cancelled due to road conditions or other factors. Return arrival times may also be significantly delayed, so please avoid scheduling activities for the evening;

(6) If you voluntarily leave the tour midway, it will be regarded as an automatic forfeiture, and no refunds for any fees will be requested. Any personal or property losses resulting from this will be borne by yourself;

(7) During free time, please pay attention to your personal and property safety. Any accidents or losses caused by failing to heed warnings will be borne by yourself;

(8) Infants aged 2 and under who do not occupy a seat do not include the snow crab feast or all‑you‑can‑eat fresh picked mandarins;

(9) Due to limited luggage storage space in the vehicle, if you intend to bring large luggage on board, please notify us in advance. Accommodation depends on on‑site coordination; if there is no available space, it cannot be brought along. Your cooperation is appreciated;

(10) Meals cannot be customized. If you have dietary requirements such as vegetarian meals, please specify in the remarks section when booking;

(11) The cherry blossom viewing and autumn foliage viewing periods may be slightly affected by weather conditions. Once the tour group is formed, departures will proceed regardless of bloom or foliage conditions, and this cannot be used as a reason for free cancellation;

(12) Fruit ripening periods may vary due to weather conditions, and pre‑picked fruits may also be provided;

(13) After the tour departs, if the tour is terminated due to force majeure factors such as weather conditions or natural disasters, unfulfilled tour segments will be refunded based on actual incurred expenses. However, extra expenses such as return transportation costs or local accommodation expenses must be borne by the traveler;

(14) Travelers under 18 years of age cannot participate alone and must be accompanied by a traveler aged 18 or above;

(15) Bus seats and restaurant seating used during the experience tour may be shared or seated with other tour members, subject to the arrangement of the tour leader and facilities on the day;

(16) In accordance with Japanese customs, hot spring facilities prohibit entry for individuals with tattoos on their bodies. Your understanding is appreciated;

(17) Bus seating is subject to on‑site arrangement, and seat selection is not available. Your understanding is appreciated;

(18) Towels for the Shuzenji foot bath experience must be brought by yourself;

(19) Mt. Fuji is a natural landscape, and visibility is affected by natural weather conditions. Sightings cannot be guaranteed, please be advised.
