(3) The tour is conducted entirely in Japanese. No Chinese, English, or other language services are provided. Thank you for your understanding;

(4) A full refund will be provided if no whales are sighted during the whale‑watching guarantee period. The whale‑watching guarantee period is from February 1, 2027 to March 14, 2027;

(5) Whale‑watching is considered successful if a whale spout is sighted on the day or if 2 or more guests spot a whale;

(6) Depending on whale observation conditions on the day, if whales are spotted early, the return to port may be earlier. Please understand;

(7) Outside of the whale‑watching guarantee period, no refunds or rescheduling will be available if no whales are sighted;

(8) This tour is a cruise of approximately 3 hours. However, depending on where whales are found, the return time may be advanced or delayed by 1 hour or more. It is recommended to leave ample buffer time for subsequent itineraries to avoid delays;

(9) For safety reasons, children or elderly participants may be refused participation if sea conditions are poor. Thank you for your understanding;

(10) The tour may be cancelled due to force majeure factors such as weather and sea conditions. In such cases, you will be notified by email the day before or on the day. Please pay attention to notifications;

(11) If the rainfall does not affect the safe navigation of the vessel, the tour will proceed as scheduled, even on rainy days;

(12) If guests choose to cancel the tour themselves due to rain, cancellation fees will apply in accordance with regulations;

(13) The supplier will make every effort to take photos of the on‑board activities and whales on the day. However, for safety reasons, photography may not be possible in certain situations. Thank you for your understanding;

(14) Passengers are requested to arrive at the designated meeting point within the specified gathering time. Missing the gathering time will be regarded as a cancellation on the day, and fees will not be refunded;
