Please indicate your email address, chat ID, pick‑up time on the payment page, and select the name of the accommodation where the delivery driver can check in luggage;

Applicable to hotels in Naha City, Ginowan City, Urasoe City, Chatan Town, Tomigusuku City, Itoman City (partially), and Kunigami / Nago / Onna Village in Kiseru;

When collecting luggage at the counter, please present the transaction number from the Airporter email;

Please note: Accommodations without front desk staff, such as private residences and guesthouses, or accommodations without luggage storage service, are not accepted.

If the luggage does not comply with legal regulations, even if the order is successfully placed, the supplier reserves the right to refuse the luggage delivery service. You shall bear all losses, legal liabilities, and related consequences;

Please inspect your luggage upon pick‑up. If there are any issues, take photos on the spot and report to our customer service staff. Once the luggage is confirmed, the service is deemed completed, and the supplier shall bear no further liability;

Luggage insurance covers costs incurred due to delay, loss, or damage, but does not cover damage to luggage handles or wheels, accommodation or flight ticket costs, etc.;

Please note that we are not responsible for any damages listed;

If the service cannot be used due to flight cancellation or major delay caused by force majeure, please provide proof of flight delay or cancellation. In such cases, you may reschedule or request a full refund;

Please note: You will receive notification emails from 'Airporter' at the following times: when the booking is completed, when the driver collects the luggage, and when the luggage is dropped off at the destination counter;
