Online reservation required. The procedure is: Purchase online > Receive SMS > Open the URL in the SMS to make an online reservation. After placing the reservation order, you need to wait for the merchant to confirm whether the reservation is successful. This product must be reserved at least by 23:59 on the day before the specified visit date. Product quantities are limited and available while stocks last. The resort may suspend/stop selling relevant ticket types based on operational management requirements, so please make your reservation as early as possible.

Unreserved products can be refunded at any time, but cannot be refunded once successfully reserved; tickets that have been collected, circus seat numbers that have been collected, or entry to the park using identification documents cannot be refunded or changed. If you need to change the date, circus show session, or visitor's name, please apply for a refund and rebook. For other refund and change rules, please refer to the "Booking Notes".

(1) For the same park/theater, a ticket purchaser using the same valid identification document can purchase a maximum of 3 tickets for the same usage date, and a maximum of 30 tickets in the same calendar year (excluding child tickets); the purchasable quantities for member point redemptions, member‑exclusive benefits, and other restricted‑purchase products shall be subject to the event rules and system prompts. (2) For cases where one or more tickets are purchased for the same date and the same park/circus venue using the same identification document, the cardholder must use one of the tickets to enter the park or venue, and accompanying visitors booked with the same document must also verify their tickets and enter the park or venue at the same time as the cardholder. Annual pass holders who need to use their annual pass to enter the park must not use their own identification document to purchase tickets on behalf of others. (3) Chimelong Resort reserves the right to pursue legal liability for any acts of ticket resale or any other illegal commercial purposes by ticket purchasers.

Chimelong Resort implements entry by swiping the original valid identification document. Visitors must bring the original valid identification document matching the order for face‑and‑document matching verification upon entry. Valid identification documents include: Mainland Residents Second‑Generation Resident Identity Card, Passport, Residence Permit for Mainland Residents of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, and Foreign Permanent Resident Identity Card. Please ensure that the identification document information of the visitor/user filled in during booking is accurate, true, and complete. Any failure to verify usage, enter the park, or any losses caused by inaccurate or incorrect submitted information shall be borne by the user personally. Child visitors should be booked using the identification document of an accompanying adult visitor and enter the park together with that adult visitor. (1) Visitors enjoying ticket discounts who need to be verified by age as a standard upon entry should kindly present the following original valid identification documents to verify whether their age meets the applicable standards of the ticket age definition: Mainland China visitors must present the "Resident Identity Card of the People's Republic of China", visitors from Hong Kong and Macao, China must present the "Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents" or the "Residence Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents of the People's Republic of China", visitors from Taiwan, China must present the "Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents" or the "Residence Permit for Taiwan Residents of the People's Republic of China", and visitors from other countries and regions must present a valid passport. If you do not meet the corresponding standards, you will need to pay the price difference for the applicable ticket. (2) In the event that tickets cannot be verified on the day of the visit due to missed, lost, damaged identification documents, or other circumstances, visitors should hold other documents filled in during booking with a photo and ID number, such as a temporary ID card, driver's license, social security card, etc., to conduct face‑and‑document matching verification and ticket collection at the corresponding park or circus ticket office.
