Unbooked products support a full refund at any time; no refunds are allowed once successfully booked. Visitors must carry the original valid identification document matching the order, and entry will be verified by matching the person with their ID. Valid identification documents include: Mainland Residents Second‑Generation ID Card, Passport, Residence Permit for Residents of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, and Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card. Please ensure that the ID information of the visitor/user filled in during booking is accurate, true, and complete. Any failure to verify, inability to enter the park, or losses caused by inaccurate or incorrect submitted information shall be borne by the user personally. Child visitors should be booked using the ID of an accompanying adult visitor and enter the park together with that adult visitor.
