If you miss the shuttle bus at Hongdae, Sinchon, Myeongdong, or Dongdaemun, please take public transport to Sports Complex Station at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled shuttle departure time.

Shuttle buses may not operate if there are no bookings for a specific route.

【Instructions for Use】

1. After booking, please check your voucher to confirm the designated pick‑up location and scheduled departure time.

2. Please arrive at the designated boarding point at least 5 minutes in advance.

3. Present the QR code on your voucher and board the shuttle bus.

4. If instructed, transfer to your scheduled ski resort shuttle bus at Sports Complex Station.

5. Please present the QR code on your voucher again when transferring.

6. Alight at the designated stop (drop‑off locations are subject to change depending on road/traffic conditions).

【Redemption Period】

Redemption must be made on the booked date within operating hours on the day; expired vouchers will become invalid.
