Seoul Sealala Water Park + Jjimjilbang


As the peak season arrives, temporary crowd control measures will be implemented when there is overcrowding or safety hazards. It may be especially crowded during summer and weekends; your understanding is appreciated.
(1) Package 1: Sealala Water Park + Jjimjilbang Day Pass, does not include jjimjilbang suit and towel. You need to purchase a jjimjilbang suit (KRW 5,000) on‑site to enter the jjimjilbang, and 2 towels for KRW 1,000 are optional.
(2) Package 2: Sealala Jjimjilbang Voucher (includes jjimjilbang suit + towel), maximum stay of 12 hours. Overtime charges of KRW 1,000 per hour apply and must be paid on‑site.
All personal expenses and any costs not mentioned in the fee inclusion.
Children under 36 months enter for free, age verification with passport required.

(1) Bus: Take bus number 6211, 6625, 641, 250, or Yeongdeungpo 05, and get off at Mullae Station.
(2) Subway: Take Line 2 to Mullae Station Exit 4, turn right and go straight for 300m. Alternatively, take Line 1 to Yeongdeungpo Station, pass the main entrance of Shinsegae Department Store, turn left and go straight, then pass the Yeongdeungpo Fire Station and Times Square and continue straight ahead.
(1) Sep‑Nov Water Park: Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays 10:00 ‑ 19:00;
(2) Sep‑Nov Jjimjilbang: Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays 07:00 ‑ 21:30;
(3) Sep‑Nov Sauna: Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays 07:00 ‑ 21:00, Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays 07:00 ‑ 22:00;
(4) Slide operating hours (actual times may vary based on site conditions): 11:00–11:20, 13:00–13:20, 14:00–14:20, 15:00–15:20, 16:00–16:20, 17:00–17:20;
(5) The pool operates for 50 minutes and rests for 10 minutes (announcement at 47 minutes past each hour); the activity pool etc. can still be used as normal;
(6) Ticket exchange and entry stop 2 hours before closing; please plan your time accordingly;
(7) Actual operating conditions may change; please refer to the venue's opening status on your travel day;
(8) Package 1 (Sealala Water Park + Jjimjilbang Day Pass) allows entry only from the Water Park opening time of 10:00. You cannot enter the jjimjilbang or sauna before 10:00. If you need to enter before 10:00, you must purchase a separate sauna ticket.
On the day of use, enter the collection number or scan the QR code in the email at the self‑service kiosk for foreigners to print the entry voucher. Then present the entry voucher to the front desk to collect the physical key.
(1) A maximum of two infants under 36 months may enter for free, but proof of age (e.g., passport) must be provided.
(2) Children aged 5 or older or taller than 100 cm are not allowed to bathe together and must enter the male and female pools separately.
(3) Children and infants must be accompanied by a guardian to enter the pool.
(4) To prevent safety accidents, children under 13 are not permitted to use any facilities unless accompanied by a guardian.
(5) Children aged 13 and under must wear a life jacket when entering the pool.
(6) The venue does not rent swimming equipment. Please bring your own swim ring, life jacket, etc., or purchase them from a swimwear store.
(7) Swimwear (including rash guards) and swim caps (not baseball caps) are required when using the water park. Sun hats and towel caps are not acceptable substitutes. Those not wearing a swim cap are not allowed into the water park.
(8) The use of water guns, rubber swim rings (regular swim rings are allowed), boats longer than 1 metre with sealed bottoms, personal swimming equipment (fins, diving gear, etc.), and mats is prohibited.
(9) Do not enter the water within 30 minutes after eating.
(10) Persons who have consumed alcohol, or who have eye diseases, skin diseases, infectious diseases, heart disease, are pregnant, elderly, or have high blood pressure or diabetes are not permitted to use the facilities.
(11) To prevent disease and manage water quality, facility usage may be limited. In such cases, trips can be cancelled or refunded.
(12) Bringing outside food and drinks is prohibited. Food and beverages can only be consumed in the food court. Eating is not allowed inside the water park.
(13) The water temperature of the Lazy River and management pool is maintained at 31°C, the activity spa at 37‑38°C, and the indoor temperature at 27°C.
(14) The venue is not responsible for any accidents resulting from violations of rules.
(15) Usage is for 12 hours; overtime will incur a fee of KRW 1,000 per hour, payable on‑site.

Rescheduling is not allowed within 1 day before the usage date. To reschedule, please apply at least 2 days in advance.
Cancellation is not allowed within 1 day before the usage date. To cancel, please apply at least 2 days in advance. A handling fee of 2% of the payment amount will be charged; for users paying via PAYPAL or Stripe, a handling fee of 4% of the payment amount will be charged.
