Reservation must be made at least 1 day in advance. This product requires reservation to be made before 23:59 on the day prior to the designated visit date. Product quantity is limited and available on a first‑come, first‑served basis while stocks last. We may suspend/discontinue the sale of relevant ticket types based on park operation and management needs.

As different usage dates may incur price differences for the product, any additional charges shall be subject to the price difference shown on the reservation page at the time of booking.

The ticket includes 1 child ticket as a complimentary item. If not used, it shall not serve as a reason for refund.

Children under 3 years old or under 1.0 metres in height on the day of visit; each ticketed adult may bring along only 1 child with free admission (ticketed adult refers to a purchaser aged 18 or above on the day of visit).

(1) For the same park/theatre, a purchaser may reserve a maximum of 3 tickets per usage date using the same valid identification document, and may purchase a maximum of 30 tickets in the same calendar year (excluding child tickets). (2) If one or more tickets are purchased using the same identification document for the same date and the same park/circus venue, the ID holder must use one of the tickets for park entry or admission, and accompanying visitors booked under the same ID must enter the park or venue with the ID holder for ticket verification at the same time. Annual pass holders who wish to use their annual pass for park entry should not use their own ID to purchase tickets on behalf of others. (3) Chimelong Resort reserves the right to pursue legal liability against any ticket purchaser who uses tickets for scalping or any other illegal commercial purposes.

(1) To enhance visitor experience, ensure ticket purchase rights, and achieve safe, orderly and fast park entry, Chimelong Resort implements entry by scanning valid original identification documents. Visitors must bring the original valid identification document matching the order, and undergo identity verification for entry; valid identification documents include: Mainland China Resident Second‑Generation ID Card, Passport, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, and Foreigner's Permanent Residence ID Card. Please ensure that the identification information of the visitor/user filled in at the time of booking is accurate, authentic and complete. Any failure in verification, entry or any loss caused by inaccurate or false information submitted shall be borne by the user. For child visitors, please use the accompanying adult visitor's identification document for booking and enter the park together with that adult visitor. (2) Visitors enjoying ticket discounts who are required to verify age for admission are kindly requested to present the following original valid identification documents for age verification to determine whether the age meets the applicable standard for the ticket's age category. Mainland China visitors must present the "People's Republic of China Resident ID Card"; visitors from Hong Kong and Macau must present the "Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents" or the "People's Republic of China Residence Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents"; visitors from Taiwan must present the "Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents" or the "People's Republic of China Residence Permit for Taiwan Residents"; visitors from other countries and regions must present a valid passport. If you do not meet the corresponding criteria, you will be required to pay the applicable ticket price difference. (3) Visitors who are unable to have their tickets verified on the day of visit due to forgetting, losing, damaging their identification document or other circumstances should present other documents with photo and ID number filled in at the time of booking, such as temporary ID card, driver's licence, social security card, etc., at the respective park or circus ticket office for identity verification and ticket collection.
