Reservation required at least 1 day in advance. This product must be booked before 23:59 one day prior to the designated visit date. Product quantity is limited and available on a first‑come, first‑served basis. We may suspend/discontinue the sale of relevant ticket types based on park operational management needs.

As different usage dates may incur price differences for this product, the final surcharge shall be subject to the price difference shown on the booking page.

The ticket includes 1 child ticket as a complimentary item. If not used, it shall not serve as a reason for refund.

Children under 3 years old or under 1.0 metre in height on the day of visit; each adult ticket holder may bring in only 1 free‑admission child (adult ticket holder refers to a ticket purchaser aged 18 or above on the day of visit).

(1) For the same park/theatre, a purchaser may book a maximum of 3 tickets per valid ID document per date, and a maximum of 30 tickets per calendar year (excluding child tickets). (2) Where one or more tickets are purchased for the same date and the same park/circus venue using the same ID document, the ID holder must use one of the tickets for entry, and accompanying visitors booked under the same ID must enter simultaneously with the ID holder for verification. Annual pass holders who wish to use their annual pass for entry should not use their own ID document to purchase tickets on behalf of others. (3) Chimelong Resort reserves the right to pursue legal liability against any ticket purchaser who resells tickets or uses them for any other unlawful commercial purposes.

(1) To enhance visitor experience, safeguard ticket purchase rights, and ensure safe, orderly and fast park entry, Chimelong Resort requires visitors to enter by scanning valid original ID documents. Visitors must bring the original valid ID document matching their order, with identity verification performed by matching the person with the document. Valid ID documents include: Mainland China Residents' Second‑Generation ID Card, Passport, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, and Foreigner's Permanent Residence ID Card. Please ensure the ID information of the visitor/user provided at the time of booking is accurate, truthful and complete. Any failure in verification, entry, or any loss caused by inaccurate or false information submitted shall be borne by the user. *For child visitors, please book using the ID document of the accompanying adult visitor and enter the park together with that adult. (2) Visitors enjoying ticket discounts who need to be verified by age at entry are kindly requested to present the following original valid identity documents for age verification against the applicable age criteria of the ticket. Mainland China visitors must present the "People's Republic of China Resident ID Card"; visitors from Hong Kong and Macau must present the "Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents" or the "People's Republic of China Residence Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents"; visitors from Taiwan must present the "Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents" or the "People's Republic of China Residence Permit for Taiwan Residents"; visitors from other countries and regions must present a valid passport. If you do not meet the corresponding criteria, you will be required to pay the price difference for the applicable ticket. (3) If visitors are unable to present their tickets for verification on the day of visit due to forgetting, losing, damaging or other circumstances, please present other documents with photo and ID number as provided at the time of booking, such as temporary ID card, driving licence, social security card, etc., at the relevant park or circus box office for identity verification and ticket collection.
