If you have dyed your hair black or have a history of skin allergies, you will not be able to experience this service
(1) Please be sure to provide your preferred appointment time at the checkout page before booking your class;
(2) After a successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your appointment time. If you do not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact our customer service;
(3) Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment time;
(4) No refunds or changes are allowed on the day of the appointment, please take note;
(5) If you arrive late without prior notice, your appointment duration will be shortened. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled;
(6) No refunds for late arrivals or no‑shows;
(7) You may show your designated hairdresser a photo of the hairstyle you want for reference;
(8) The hairdresser will first assess whether your hair condition allows for colouring or perming, and then provide recommendations for colouring and perming based on your hair type. For example, faded hair cannot be permed, or hair that is severely damaged from dyeing cannot be recoloured. If the hairdresser confirms that your hair cannot be permed or coloured, please contact the phone number indicated at the bottom of your Klook voucher. After verification, a refund will be processed within 5‑7 working days;
(9) You are not allowed to bring any personal colouring, perming, or treatment products to the salon. If you wish to use your own hair care products, we will not be able to provide the service;
