Hot Snow Wonder implements a full real‑name registration system for entry. For your quick admission, please bring your original ID card, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, Residence Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents, Residence Permit for Taiwan Residents, or passport. (1) Inclusions: 1 Guangzhou Hot Snow Wonder 5‑time premium unlimited‑time ski ticket, including 5 times of unlimited‑time and unlimited‑slope skiing rights. Please activate this ticket within 10 days from the date of successful booking. If not activated before expiry, it will be automatically activated. From the activation date (including the activation day), 5 usages are valid within 60 days. Each entry counts as 1 usage. Each use has no time limit. Includes ski suit, ski boots, helmet, snowboard/skis, ski poles (poles only provided with double boards/skis), and locker. Magic carpet and cable car are available. This card is for the use of the activated person only. Please use the ski card within the validity period. Children are not eligible for free tickets; please purchase tickets normally. (2) Exclusions: Play rights in the snow play area. Please purchase separate tickets if you wish to play there. (3) Booking and Activation Requirements: No need to select a play date for booking the 5‑time ski ticket. The 10‑day valid activation period starts from the day of successful booking. Please bring your valid ID document and the ticket serial code to the Guangzhou Hot Snow Wonder ticket counter within 10 days (including the 10th day) from the booking date to register facial recognition information on‑site to lock to 1 person and activate the 5‑time ski ticket. If not processed before expiry, it will be automatically activated. Once activated, no refund or change is allowed. (4) Ski Resort Entry Method: The 5‑time ski card is real‑name registered after activation and can only be used by the registered cardholder. After activation, entry requires both the physical card and facial recognition verification. The cardholder's facial recognition data cannot be changed once registered. The registered facial recognition information is used solely for ski resort entry identification. By purchasing, registering, and activating this product, you agree to the ski resort's collection and storage of the cardholder's facial recognition information. (5) Play Requirements: The 5‑time ski ticket is only valid for skiing at Guangzhou Hot Snow Wonder and is invalid for other paid items within the resort. During play, please keep your ski card safe and present it upon staff inspection. (6) Reminder: Before purchasing, please carefully read all relevant benefit descriptions, refund/change rules, play instructions, and safety notices for this product.

(1) Collection Address: Guangzhou Hot Snow Wonder ticket counter. (2) Collection Time: Collection deadline is 2 hours before the end of resort operations. Please arrange your time accordingly.

(1) After booking, you must go to the Guangzhou Hot Snow Wonder ticket counter to manually obtain the card (please bring your original ID card). Do not convert to QR code tickets online or use self‑service ticket machines. (2) Guangzhou Hot Snow Wonder provides ski suits, ski boots, helmets, snowboards/skis, ski poles (only for double boards), and lockers (including wristbands) free of charge without deposit. Any damage or loss shall be compensated according to the resort's published price list. (3) Please keep your ticket collection code safe and do not disclose it to others. If you are unable to redeem the ski card due to disclosure of the collection code, you will need to purchase again. (4) All ski cards in one order must be activated simultaneously. If activation times differ, please purchase separately. (5) Opening Hours: Guangzhou Hot Snow Wonder opening hours can be viewed via the "Hot Snow Wonder" mini‑program. The actual on‑site notice shall prevail.

(1) Skiing is a high‑risk sport. If you suffer from heart disease, hypertension, acrophobia, cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, epilepsy, asthma, or any illness that doctors advise against strenuous exercise, or if you are pregnant, under the influence of alcohol, or have behaviour affected by medication, please choose carefully based on your physical condition. (2) Minors should be accompanied by adults when skiing. Seniors are not recommended to participate in skiing. (3) The resort features slopes of varying difficulty including beginner, intermediate, and advanced runs. Beginners entering intermediate or advanced slopes are prone to sports injuries. The resort also features kickers, jumps, rails, and terrain park areas, which require advanced skiing skills. Please choose carefully based on your skiing level and always stay within your ability. Pay attention to skiing safety. (4) Please wear a ski helmet at all times. It is recommended to bring and wear gloves, goggles, face masks, wrist guards, elbow pads, back protectors, knee pads, hip pads, and other protective gear to minimise the risk of injury. (5) Please choose ski equipment suitable for your skill level. Before skiing, check that rented equipment is in good condition, that the DIN/release value of ski bindings matches your height, weight, and boot size, that the release torque of ski bindings is appropriate, and that the angle and spacing of snowboard bindings are suitable. If anything is unsuitable, promptly inform staff of the reason and have it adjusted or replaced. (6) Beginners are advised to hire a ski instructor for guidance before hitting the slopes. Ski instruction services are available at the resort; please purchase as needed. (7) To avoid unnecessary disputes, please refrain from the following: (1) Playing beyond the scope of product rights (including areas, items, etc.), conducting unregistered or unauthorised ski instruction, commercial filming, live streaming, personal vending, obtaining or purchasing goods/services for resale purposes, or any other improper use; (2) Allowing others to use your product rights through transfer, resale, or lending; (3) Any dangerous, illegal, or aggressive behaviour; (4) Behaviour that seriously disrupts the normal operation of the resort or seriously endangers the personal safety and property of others; (5) Other improper behaviour. In the above cases, the resort has the right to take any or all of the following measures without bearing compensation or other liability for breach of contract: (1) Adding you to the visitor blacklist, including the Guangzhou Hot Snow Wonder blacklist (you will be barred from Guangzhou Hot Snow Wonder), the Hot Snow Wonder brand blacklist (you will be barred from all Hot Snow Wonder ski resorts and other partnered ski resorts), and the industry alliance blacklist; (2) Revoking, voiding, or freezing your products and rights, with no extension, deferral, or refund of any unused remaining period/fee; (3) Charging liquidated damages of 30% of the order amount. If the damages are insufficient to cover the losses, further compensation may be pursued. (8) Smoking is prohibited within the resort (including tobacco products, e‑cigarettes, or other smoke‑producing products). To maintain a pleasant environment, please do not smoke inside the resort. Otherwise, you will be added to the visitor blacklist and barred from entry for 15 days. (9) If any facility or equipment malfunctions and requires shutdown for inspection during operation, some facilities may be suspended or closed without prior notice. In such cases, no ticket extension or refund will be provided. (10) Due to capacity, severe weather, special events, safety, or order considerations, resort operating hours or attraction availability may be adjusted accordingly. The actual announcement on the day of visit shall prevail. (11) Please cooperate with security checks before entry. Do not bring flammable or explosive dangerous items, state‑controlled weapons, or items with safety hazards. Personal vending is prohibited within the resort. Do not bring excessive quantities of items. Outside food, beverages, drinking water, and other food items (except infant food) may cause food safety issues; please finish them before entry. (12) If you experience any discomfort or emergency during play, promptly seek help from on‑site staff or call the rescue hotline 020‑66838071. (13) It is recommended to purchase sports accident insurance covering skiing in advance. Please carefully read and comply with all safety notices, venue rules, equipment usage instructions, this Ski Resort Notice, and other safety reminders, including the "Entry Notice", "Security Check Notice", "Skiers' Notice", "Skiers' Code of Conduct", and "Skiers' Behaviour and Safety Code". Please observe all warning and reminder signs within the resort and comply with relevant regulations. Entry is deemed acceptance of the above. You shall bear responsibility for any injury caused to yourself or others due to your own actions. (14) The "ski resort" mentioned and applicable in this product refers to the Guangzhou Hot Snow Wonder indoor ski resort operated by "Guangzhou Rongxuan Cultural Tourism Management Co., Ltd.".
