1. Passengers who wish to take the bus must complete registration and payment before 19:00 on the day prior to the reserved departure time. [Example] If you wish to book a departure on 1 August, you must complete the reservation and payment by 19:00 on the evening of 31 July at the latest.
2. Passengers wishing to take the 00:00 departure, please note: e.g., if you wish to take the bus at 12:00 midnight on 2 July, please book the 00:00 departure on 3 July before 19:00 on 2 July.
3. The passenger count must include infants and children. Children aged 0‑5 can ride for free, but do not occupy a separate seat and must be accompanied by an adult. One adult can only bring one child for free (from the second child onwards, a concessionary ticket must be purchased).
4. If passengers wish to bring pets on this bus, the pet carrier must be made of sturdy hard plastic material that complies with IATA standards (International Air Transport Association pet carrier specifications). The maximum external height of the pet carrier must not exceed 70 cm, and the maximum external width must not exceed 90 cm. In addition, the company accepts service dogs such as guide dogs, which must be kept on a leash and placed at the passenger's feet throughout the journey. These dogs are not subject to IATA standards (International Air Transport Association pet carrier specifications).
5. Passengers may bring bicycles. According to the carry‑on baggage regulations (each item must not exceed 150 cm in length, the sum of length, width and height must not exceed 220 cm, and the total weight must not exceed 40 kg), the bicycle must be folded to meet the above dimensions and stored in a bicycle bag.
6. The bus cannot accommodate wheelchair boarding and alighting.

4. Those who purchase half‑price tickets must provide relevant proof; if unable to do so, the difference for a full‑price ticket must be paid.
5. The journey takes approximately 90‑120 minutes, but may vary depending on actual traffic and road conditions.
6. The arrival time of the airport shuttle bus may be slightly affected by traffic conditions. To avoid delaying check‑in and boarding, passengers should take a departure at least four hours before the flight departure. If you fail to take an earlier bus and your rights are affected, the company is not liable for compensation.
7. Half‑price concessions do not apply to foreign nationals and holders of residence permits.
8. For walk‑up passengers, if seats are available on that departure, you can board by paying cash directly (no change will be given). To avoid missing your trip due to sold‑out seats, please book in advance.
