If the event is cancelled or postponed by the organiser due to weather, venue, or organiser policy factors, etc., one day before departure, our company will proactively contact the registration representative to handle follow‑up matters in accordance with official announcements. If changes occur at the last minute on the departure day or the vehicle has already departed, the itinerary will be flexibly adjusted, and no refunds will be issued once the tour has departed. If the event is terminated due to force majeure after it has commenced, refunds cannot be processed either.
