(1) All areas of this event are non‑reserved standing zones, and all tickets are general admission tickets. Entry is on a first‑come, first‑served basis upon arrival, and no separate queue numbers will be issued;

(2) For safety reasons, there are strict age restrictions at each stage;

(3) The K‑POP stage and SUPER LIVE stage are restricted to persons aged 15 or above only, and the EDM stage is restricted to persons aged 19 or above only. Persons under the age of 15 are strictly prohibited from entering, even if accompanied by a legal guardian;

(4) During the event, the organiser and sponsors will be filming. During the performance, audience members' faces may be captured or exposed, and such footage may be used for artist‑related derivative content. Purchasing a ticket constitutes consent to being filmed. Your understanding is appreciated;

(5) Details such as the entry method, performance start time, performance duration, and programme schedule will be announced on the ticketing details page during public ticket sales;

(6) The event start time, duration, and programme schedule are subject to change depending on circumstances on the day of the performance;

(7) Photography, videography, audio recording, or live streaming (audio and video) that infringes on copyright or the artists' rights of publicity through social media in any form is strictly prohibited. If found, the relevant material will be deleted immediately, and you may also be forcibly evicted from the venue. If forcibly evicted, tickets will not be refunded;

(8) Please take good care of your valuables. The organiser and sponsors are not responsible for any loss or theft caused by personal negligence;

(9) Mobile tickets and entry wristbands will not be reissued under any circumstances, including loss of mobile phone or loss/damage of wristbands;

(10) Due to the large crowd on the day of the event, booths and passageways are expected to be very crowded. Cancellations or refunds will not be accepted for delays in collecting wristbands, entering, or viewing performances caused by crowding. Please arrive as early as possible to ensure a smooth experience;

(11) You must wear the entry wristband at all times until you have finished watching all performances and leave the venue. If you are found inside the event venue without a valid entry wristband, you will be immediately asked to leave;

(12) Please be sure to bring your physical identification document. Both the ticket purchaser and accompanying persons must present their identification documents when redeeming wristbands. In principle, on‑site staff will verify your identity and put the wristband on you directly. Please coordinate with your accompanying persons and go to the ticket booth together;

(13) Only those wearing an entry wristband may queue or enter the corresponding stage. Those without a valid wristband are prohibited from queueing;

(14) Transferring, giving away, reselling, or counterfeiting entry wristbands is strictly prohibited. If found, any person violating the above regulations will be immediately evicted from the venue;

(15) The capacity of each stage is limited. The organiser may restrict entry at its discretion depending on conditions on the day (e.g., safety concerns);

(16) If you are going to be late, please proceed directly to the venue. If you proceed directly to the venue, you will not be able to board the shuttle bus returning from the venue to Seoul;

(17) Shuttle buses run between Myeongdong Station and the event venue; hotel pickup and drop‑off service is not provided;

(18) The shuttle bus departing from the event venue is different from the vehicle you took from Seoul, so please be sure to take all your belongings when you get off;

(1) The minimum group size for this tour is 1 person. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum group size, the tour will be cancelled, and an email notification of cancellation will be sent 1 day before the departure date;

(2) Please arrive at the designated location at least 10 minutes in advance. To avoid delaying the subsequent itinerary, latecomers will not be waited for;

(3) Performance times and participating artists may be subject to change without prior notice due to circumstances of the organiser or performers;

(4) The performers may be subject to change due to various circumstances. Cancellation of the performance is not possible due to changes in performers. Your understanding is appreciated;

(5) A 100% cancellation fee will be charged with no refund if the booking is cancelled after confirmation;

(6) Food is prohibited inside the performance venue; drinking water is permitted;

(7) Photography or videography with telephoto lens cameras is prohibited inside the venue. Baggage inspection may be required before entry;

(8) The company and the organiser are not responsible for loss or theft of tickets after they have been issued, and tickets will not be reissued;

(9) Please be sure to bring the original passport or original Alien Registration Card of all participants on the day of the event;

(10) This ticket is for foreigners only; Korean citizens are not eligible to make reservations;

(11) Entry is permitted before the performance begins; entry is prohibited after the performance has started;

(12) Shuttle buses provide round‑trip service only between Myeongdong Station and the event venue; hotel pickup and drop‑off service is not provided;

(13) All tours do not include personal travel insurance. Outdoor activities involve certain risks and hazards. Guests must assess their own health condition and capabilities. The company is not responsible for any personal injury or property loss caused by accidents or unforeseen factors;
