Ticket Booking Guide

• A maximum of four (4) tickets may be purchased per person per event day. (e.g. One person may purchase up to 4 tickets for Saturday and up to 4 tickets for Sunday, for a total of up to 8 tickets)

• This event is open to all ages. Children under 8 years old (born in 2019 or later) may enter free of charge.

• Children under 8 years old must be accompanied by a ticketed guardian for entry.

• Detailed event information will be updated continuously. Please be sure to check the official ticketing website and social media channels (Instagram @ata_festival_official) before the event.

Ticket Types

• Tickets are divided into three (3) types: Saturday 1‑Day Pass, Sunday 1‑Day Pass and Saturday‑to‑Sunday 2‑Day Pass.

• When purchasing a 2‑Day Pass, please select "Saturday" as the preferred date and choose the 2‑Day Pass option.

• Guests who purchase a 2‑Day Pass will receive a 2‑Day Pass wristband, which grants entry until the end of the event on Sunday. Please take good care of your wristband and avoid losing or damaging it before the end of the event on Sunday.

• On‑site ticket sales will only be conducted while tickets remain available; if all tickets are sold out, there will be no on‑site ticket sales.

• Tickets purchased on‑site are non‑cancellable and non‑refundable. Please purchase with caution.

Ticket Booth Operations & Entry

• Ticket booth and entry opening notices will be announced later based on capacity conditions.

• Entry is on a first‑come, first‑served basis; entry numbers will be assigned according to the queue order on the event day.

• Upon entry, you must exchange your purchased ticket for a wristband at the ticket booth before entering. Entry is not permitted with a ticket alone and no wristband.

• Tickets and wristbands cannot be reissued under any circumstances once issued. You must take good care of your ticket and wristband, avoiding loss, damage or removal until you leave the venue. Sharing wristbands is strictly prohibited; please keep them safe.

• A valid 1‑Day Pass must be exchanged on Saturday; tickets that have not gone through the Saturday verification process may not be exchangeable.

• Regardless of queue order, once you enter the venue, you may legitimately watch the performances. However, if you leave the venue for an extended period, or if you have obtained official reservation verification through identity verification and professional/legal confirmation regarding stage visibility, the organiser cannot guarantee that the same space will be available for restrictions.

• External security personnel will observe and enforce on‑site rules to ensure fair entry order.

Wristband Exchange Process

E‑ticket Holders

• Present valid physical identification > Pay ticket fee, present exchange verification > Wear wristband and enter the venue

• To confirm identity (holder matches verification information), please prepare your ticket purchase confirmation document/e‑ticket.

• Koreans: Resident Registration Card, Driver's Licence, Passport, Certificate of Resident Registration Application, Youth Card (student ID cards cannot be verified)

• Youth under 19 (middle and high school students): Passport, Youth Card, Student ID, Publicly Recognised Qualification Certificate with clear photo identification

• Foreign nationals: Alien Registration Card, Passport, Residence Declaration Card

• Copies of identification documents are not accepted for registration. The original physical card/document must be presented; photocopies or photo versions are not acceptable.

• If the physical verification of the booking information does not match the actual registered recipient or the identification information on the card verification system, registration for entry will not be permitted. In such cases, the purchaser responsible for checking compliance verification before arrival will be subject to cancellation or adjustment in accordance with standard ticketing rules.

• "Third‑party collection" of tickets is only permitted for legal family members when the booking verification document and proof of legal relationship (family relation certificate or resident registration document) are provided. Receipt adjustment verification requests will be supported in accordance with regulatory requirements.

• The entry process cannot be conducted under another name, and requests must strictly comply with verification of the actual regular user of the purchased ticket to ensure proper entry validity.

Items Allowed in the Venue

• Per person standard: resealable PET bottle drinks (500ml or less).

• Food brought into the venue in external containers is strictly prohibited; simply portioned personal servings of food in clean containers are permitted.

• Baby food and food for special dietary restrictions are permitted.

• Wheelchairs and prams (restricted in certain designated areas).

• Disposable raincoats (if it rains, 100% reusable personal gear is highly recommended).

• Foldable tables with a total height of less than 40cm are permitted for use in terrace or seating areas.

• Small personal bags/backpacks.

• Mats and camping mats are strictly limited to the designated "mat area" within the venue (tents, camping, etc. are strictly prohibited).

Items Prohibited in the Venue

• All types of alcohol/alcoholic beverages.

• Resealable PET bottle drinks exceeding 500ml.

• Glass bottles, cans, external drinks in non‑approved packaging.

• Food in disposable containers or disposable plastic packaging.

• Takeaway food (pizza, fast food, fried chicken and other processed food).

• Camping tents, awnings, parasols, camping chairs, tables/mats exceeding standard sizes.

• Large luggage/suitcases, large musical instruments, items obstructing standard passenger pathways, including trolleys, scooters, bicycles, drones and personal mobility devices.

• Firecrackers, explosives, dangerous items, substances generating flammable gases, weapons, illegal substances.

• All animals/pets (except guide dogs).

• Professional recording equipment (DSLR cameras, video cameras, tripod platforms, telephoto lenses, etc.).

• Entry inspections, food inspections and dangerous item checks will be conducted before entry.

• Unapproved items found during verification checks may be confiscated by on‑site staff, or entry may be restricted.

• We "do not provide" item storage services. Please ensure you securely store your belongings in your own luggage space before entry.

Viewing Guide

• This venue has no assigned seating; anyone is free to watch from the standing area and available mats.

• Behaviour that obstructs others' views or causes significant obstruction within the venue space is restricted.

• Movement to front‑row positions may be restricted for safety reasons during performances.

• Please take care of your personal belongings. The event organiser is not responsible for lost items or luggage matching issues.

• In the event of any physical injury/disaster or emergency during the performance, for the safety of the audience, please contact the nearest staff member or medical team member directly for an immediate response.

• Recording of audiovisual content, including sound, video and broadcast operations, is prohibited without a separate contract/approval. The event supplier reserves the right to make legal claims for unauthorised production or distribution of video or audio materials.

• Visual assets uploaded in broadcast streams and digital promotional content updates may include audience images, and these images may be used across various media streams.

• Smoking is restricted to designated smoking areas only.

• In the event of heavy rain or severe weather, please follow the standard severe weather instructions and the instructions of the local on‑site operations team.

• Unauthorised sale of merchandise, distribution of flyers or unauthorised business activities inside or outside the venue is prohibited without consent.

• Adjustments during operations or event changes will be updated immediately on official media platforms and internet channels: (Instagram @ata_festival_official)

Photography in the Venue

• Apart from casual short video recording for personal memories, individual operation of machines for any performance‑related video or voice recording is prohibited; commercial use may be subject to restrictive penalties.

• Standard format cameras are not permitted; large professional photography equipment for commercial recording (such as DSLR cameras, video recording devices, additional telephoto lenses, tripods, etc.) is strictly prohibited.

• Refusal to comply with item storage requirements and repeated unauthorised recording behaviour may result in forced removal from the event site in accordance with professional management guidelines.

Directions ‑ Nanji Han River Park (487‑132 Sangam‑dong, Mapo‑gu, Seoul)

• Public transport: Bus 7011 (Seoul city bus) ‑ Get off at "Nanji Han River Park" station (please consult map routes or online transport services for the latest accurate schedule updates).

• Free shuttle bus: Shuttle buses will run between Digital Media City Station (Line 6) and the venue. Detailed schedules and boarding locations will be announced later via official platform channels.

• Parking:

• The on‑site temporary car park is very small; severe traffic congestion and delays may occur on the event day. Public transport or ride‑sharing options are strongly recommended to save time.

• If parking within the park, parking fees must be settled separately at standard public parking rates upon departure.

• The organiser accepts no responsibility or legal compensation for damage, loss or theft caused by public drivers within the park.
