A group of people, driven by dedication and a passion for service, dreamed of realising their vision of leisure. After searching high and low, one day they arrived at this bay! They exclaimed: "What a magical and beautiful bay; little did we know there is a paradise in eastern Taiwan!" – Kilibay. This group decided to put down roots and develop here, and this beautiful place is Taipei's backyard – Su'ao. Everything remains in its original, pristine state; surrounded by wetlands, a pollution‑free bay, and ever‑changing skies – so beautiful that one would want to stay and be moved by it. They thus wished to cultivate the land, promote local products, and spread local culture. Combined with the perfect timing, location, and people, the idea of the "Kilibay Bubble Tea Culture Museum" was born!
