Bring your own pots, pans, bowls, chopsticks, cooking knives, ingredients, and portable gas canisters; bring your own headlamp and torch; bring your own bath towel, toothbrush, and toothpaste
(1) Please collect the portable gas stove at the camp headquarters;
(2) The camping tables and chairs are subject to actual on‑site configuration;
(3) In case of adverse weather, typhoon warnings, road conditions, or other force majeure, the supplier will cancel the activity and provide a full refund; the heavy rain standard is based on the heavy rain or torrential rain warning for Nan'ao Township, Yilan County issued by the Central Weather Bureau on the day of the activity; except for typhoons, road closures, and heavy rain or torrential rain warnings, general rain conditions will not be subject to postponement or cancellation. Please evaluate carefully or confirm the weather on the day before booking;
(4) Only one vehicle per tent is allowed entry; additional vehicles will be charged NT$500 per vehicle;
(5) If disputes arise due to noise levels, the supplier will assist in reporting to the authorities but cannot forcefully control the volume. Those sensitive to noise should book with caution;
(1) The order will be confirmed within 24 hours. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact customer service;
(2) Free cancellation is available up to 72 hours before the activity starts;
(3) The voucher is only valid for the specified date and time;
(4) Check‑in time is 15:00, check‑out time is 11:00;
(5) Please present the electronic voucher;
