No luggage storage service is available inside the exhibition venue, and the organiser is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings. Please keep your personal and valuable items safe at all times.
Photography is allowed in this exhibition, but certain areas do not permit photo or video taking – please follow the on‑site notices. For the enjoyment of all visitors, flash, tripods, selfie sticks, telephoto lenses and gimbals are prohibited throughout the venue. Unauthorised commercial photography or interviews are strictly prohibited.
To maintain a quality visiting experience and smooth crowd flow, prams/strollers are not permitted inside the exhibition hall. Please park your pram/stroller at the designated area before entry, or use a baby carrier to bring your child in. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
There are no washrooms or rubbish bins inside the exhibition venue. Please use the toilets outside the venue before entering.
Please follow the visitor route, exhibition rules and instructions from on‑site staff. If the venue is crowded, please queue up and wait in an orderly manner.
Running, horseplay and eating or drinking are prohibited inside the venue. Do not bring food or beverages into the venue. Smoking, chewing gum and betel nut are prohibited. Selling or reselling tickets on‑site is prohibited. Anyone engaging in inappropriate behaviour will be asked to leave the venue immediately without objection, and no compensation or ticket refund will be given.
Pets (except guide dogs), long umbrellas and all kinds of dangerous articles or prohibited items are not allowed inside the venue. Do not hit or touch the exhibits or display cases. Any damage caused will require compensation at full cost.
On‑site staff are stationed throughout the venue to maintain order. If you notice any suspicious person or object, find any lost item, or feel unwell, please immediately notify nearby staff for assistance.
If you need to re‑enter the venue after leaving, you may have a re‑entry stamp applied at the exit and queue again at the entrance. Re‑entry is only permitted during the exhibition's opening hours on the same day. No additional ticket is required to visit the souvenir shop – please proceed from the exit area to the souvenir shop.
For visitor safety and quality of experience, crowd control will be implemented when the venue reaches maximum capacity, and ticket sales at the counter will be suspended temporarily. Please follow the instructions of on‑site staff and queue at the entrance (last entry: 17:30).
Opening hours, content and regulations of the exhibition are subject to change. Please refer to on‑site announcements or the official Facebook page. In case of any matters not covered above, the organiser reserves the right of final interpretation.
Tickets are valid for the duration of this exhibition (until 28/9/2026). Tickets that expire after this period will be deemed void and non‑refundable. If you wish to request a refund, please complete the relevant procedures at your original point of purchase before the exhibition closes on 28/9/2026. Late applications will not be accepted. Refund procedures shall follow the refund policy of the original point of purchase. For tickets purchased as part of a combo package (including twin tickets, parent‑child tickets, etc.) or through a buy‑and‑gift promotion, all components within the package (including tickets, gifts and merchandise) must remain intact and unused in order to process a full package refund.
Each ticket is valid for one person only. Entry requires a valid ticket and tickets cannot be reused.
Tickets are valuable documents. Please keep them safe. Tickets that are lost, damaged, perforated, altered, defaced, photocopied or torn and cannot be identified will be deemed invalid and will not be exchanged, refunded or reissued.
Children under the age of 3 may enter free of charge, accompanied by one adult holding a valid ticket (relevant identification documents must be presented; if no ID is carried, eligibility is determined by whether the child is 90 cm tall or not; age is calculated based on the child's actual age as of the date of entry).
Visitors eligible for free admission must present valid identification to the service staff before entry. Those who do not meet the eligibility criteria must purchase tickets according to their status. Visitors who enter with concessionary tickets (concession tickets, charity tickets) cannot request partial refunds or claim the ticket price difference.
For clear identification purposes, a necessary companion of a visitor with disabilities should enter the venue together with the person with disabilities.

Since the first manga serialisation debuted in 1986, from July this year, Chibi Maruko Chan will have accompanied us through 40 years. That little girl with the jagged fringe and red dungaree dress has, through her humorous and heartwarming everyday stories, become the most familiar friend of countless people's childhoods.
To celebrate the 40th anniversary of the original work of Chibi Maruko Chan, this exhibition focuses on the original work, connecting the classic journey from the birth of the manga to its anime adaptation, bringing together "manga original manuscript displays", "immersive light‑and‑shadow experiences", and "interactive photo scenes", along with deeply ingrained classic scenes, leading visitors into Maruko's world to revisit the laughter and emotions that accompanied us as we grew up.
