(1) Participants under 1.2 metres in height are considered children;
(2) Infants under 70 cm are admitted free of charge;
(1) If you arrive late without prior notice, the experience time will be shortened. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the reservation will be cancelled;
(2) Guests with infectious diseases, hyperthyroidism or tuberculosis will not be admitted;
(3) Hot springs may pose risks to pregnant women, those with bleeding disorders, high blood pressure, heart disease, or patients with pacemakers;
A 20% surcharge applies for bookings on the following dates: 31 December, 1 January, Lunar New Year (subject to annual holiday schedule), 2 September, 24–25 December, and 30 April–1 May. The surcharge is levied annually.
(1) The operator may refuse entry to intoxicated participants without a refund;
(2) Outside food and beverages are not permitted;
(3) Smoking and drinking are prohibited. If noticed by staff, you will be asked to leave immediately;

Cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the activity date (local time) for a full refund
In case of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, the supplier may cancel the booking and arrange a reschedule or a full refund
If the booking is cancelled due to force majeure, the supplier reserves the right to decide whether to accept and approve a date or time change or refund; Klook shall not be held responsible
Refunds or changes will not be accepted for late arrival / no-show / refusal of service due to failure to comply with supplier regulations
If you have already participated in any activity / entered any attraction / used any ticket, refunds will not be available
