(7) The Red River tour does not provide any medical supplies to visitors. Please bring your own personal care items such as medication or sunscreen;

(9) Travel insurance: maximum compensation amount is VND 30,000,000 per case;

●Shared Tour Cancellation Policy
- Cancel 1 day in advance: No cancellation fee.

- Red River Travel reserves the right to cancel tours in the event of natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, epidemics, wars, and similar circumstances.
- Red River Travel will not refund any other fees to customers, but will refund the paid tour tickets and/or other additional service charges.
