(1) This product is made‑to‑order. Final booking is subject to confirmation after you submit an enquiry to the resort. Please take note of this when booking and planning your itinerary;
(2) Check‑in date is the first day of the booking. Matches will be held consecutively for 3 days starting from the day after check‑in;
(3) Due to golf course operational policies and local conditions, booked tee times may be changed or delayed without prior notice, and no refund or cancellation will be permitted in such cases;
(4) After the booking is completed, we will provide the specific tee time for each round before departure. Tee times may be adjusted according to actual course conditions, and no refund will be given under such circumstances;
(5) Once the booking is confirmed, names and dates cannot be changed;
(6) Each person is limited to one golf bag. Please attach a name tag with your English name as shown on your passport to your golf bag;
(7) This itinerary does not include a tour guide. You are required to arrange your own transport and handle check‑in procedures at the resort and golf course;
(8) You may book a golf cart at the front desk for travelling between the resort and the golf course;
(1) Most golf courses will remain open even on rainy days. Even if it rains on the day of your round, you are still required to go to the golf course and comply with its operating rules;
(2) If a match is suspended due to sudden heavy rain or similar reasons, the usual practice is to resume play after the temporary suspension;
(3) If the golf course officially decides to suspend operations or close for safety reasons (e.g. lightning, storms, typhoons, blizzards or flooding), or if the course is closed due to schedule changes or other reasons, the course will decide whether to provide re‑use rights (rain cheques, points, vouchers) or a refund;
(1) For bookings of 3 persons, a single card processing fee of VND 450,000 applies and is payable on site;
(2) Tips are payable on site at USD 20 per person;
(3) Room upgrade is available at an additional cost: Deluxe Room to Deluxe Sea View Room at KRW 20,000 per person per night;
(4) Single occupancy supplement (based on 3 nights per person): KRW 230,000 for Deluxe Room;
(1) Office hours (including cancellation and refund policy): Monday to Friday 09:00–18:00; closed on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays;
(2) Regarding the golf course booking service, we act as a telemarketing intermediary. The responsibility for the use of golf course services lies with the seller;
(3) After the booking is completed, we will confirm tee times and provide customer service in Korean (for Korean nationals) or English (for nationals of other countries);

Cancellation 26 days (inclusive) or more before the selected date: free cancellation if unused.
Cancellation between 16 to 25 days before the selected date: a handling fee of 50% will be charged.
Cancellation between 0 to 15 days before the selected date: non-refundable, no changes or cancellations permitted, and no refund request will be accepted.

This is an accommodation and entertainment package including 3 nights' stay at the 5‑star luxury Vinpearl Resort & Spa Phu Quoc, and 3 rounds of 18 holes at the Vinpearl Golf Club.

Relax to the fullest after checking in at the resort
Arrive at Phu Quoc International Airport, meet the resort staff at the airport and take the resort shuttle.
(The restroom staff will be waiting about 50 metres to the right of the arrival hall.
