(1) Regular admission tickets do not require a deposit. Ski equipment (ski suit, ski boots, helmet, skis) or snow play equipment (snow suit, snow boots) is provided free of charge by Hot Snow Wonderland. Any damage is subject to compensation according to the posted price list. (2) Please note the latest closing time of the day and arrange your entry time properly to ensure a complete play experience. Visitors who enter within 3 hours before closing time due to personal reasons may not be able to fully enjoy the play duration included in the ticket. No ticket extension or refund will be given in such cases. We appreciate your understanding. (3) Play Flow: ①Swipe card to enter the snow park (timing starts) → ②Collect equipment → ③Enter and play → ④Return equipment → ⑤Insert card to exit (timing ends). (4) Timing in the snow park starts when you swipe your card at the entrance gate and ends when you exit. 30 minutes have been reserved for equipment collection/return. Any time exceeding the ticket duration will be considered overtime. Overtime charges apply according to the price posted at the ticket office (extension fee: RMB40/half hour; within 30 minutes (inclusive) of overtime, charged as half an hour; more than 30 minutes (exclusive) up to 1 hour (inclusive), charged as 1 hour; if the extension plus the original ticket duration totals 5 hours, it will be upgraded to an unlimited‑time snow ticket), i.e., a maximum extension fee of RMB160 upgrades to an unlimited‑time snow ticket. (5) Play Tips: Play Areas: Ski areas (beginner slope, intermediate slope) and snow play area. Opening status is subject to on‑site notices. ①Each ticket can only be used once. Re‑entry after exiting the snow park turnstile requires a new ticket. Expired or lost tickets cannot be reissued. The snow park reserves the right to refuse entry to visitors using lost or expired tickets. ②Skiing involves certain risks. Visitors under the age of 18 are recommended to be accompanied by an adult with safety supervision capability when purchasing tickets for skiing activities.

(1) Skiing is a high‑risk sport. It is not suitable for people with hypertension, heart disease, epilepsy, asthma, fractures, joint dislocation, pregnant women, intoxicated persons, or those medically assessed as unfit for strenuous activities. Please choose carefully based on your own physical condition. (2) The ski venue features slopes of varying difficulty, including beginner slopes, intermediate slopes, and a snowboard park. Beginners are advised to choose slopes appropriate for their skiing level, and to avoid entering intermediate or advanced slopes, as this may result in sports injuries or damage to yourself or others. (3) Please read the Disclaimer carefully before purchasing tickets, and read and comply with all safety notices, venue rules, and equipment usage instructions posted at the snow park before skiing. (4) When participating in ice and snow activities, please act within your limits, follow staff arrangements, and ensure the safety of yourself and others. Minors must participate under adult supervision. Elderly people and pregnant women are not recommended to participate in strenuous ice and snow activities. (5) For your safety, please wear a helmet at all times. The snow park provides skiing goods and equipment rental/purchase services. Please decide whether to purchase related services or goods based on your actual needs. Please bring your own goggles, face protection, wrist guards, elbow pads, knee pads, hip protectors, and other warm items or skiing equipment. Keep warm and ski safely. (6) For your safety, hiring "unqualified ski instructors" or "private guides" is prohibited. The snow park provides paid ski instruction services. Please decide whether to hire a ski instructor based on your actual needs to ensure skiing safety.
