(1)If the number of passengers or the number/weight of luggage exceeds the limits, the supplier reserves the right to refuse service without refund;
(2)Guests are required to pay cash on‑site to the tour guide for Tateyama transport tickets: JPY 10,900 per adult, JPY 5,400 per child aged 6‑11;
(3)We will send an email to guests between 17:00‑21:00 one day before departure with the tour guide and vehicle information for the next day. Please check your inbox promptly. The email may end up in the spam folder. During peak season, the email delivery may be delayed. We appreciate your understanding. If multiple emails are received, please refer to the most recent one;
(4)In the event of severe weather or other force majeure factors, the park may delay or alter the operating hours of rides or show times without prior notice, and may even cancel some rides and performances;
(5)This product may be adjusted based on weather and other factors. For your safety, the staff have the right to require guests to stop outdoor activities and will arrange alternatives in consultation with you. Specific arrangements are subject to actual conditions on the day;
(6)Transport, sightseeing and stop times involved in the itinerary are subject to actual conditions on the day. In special circumstances (e.g. traffic congestion, weather conditions, etc.), the tour guide may reasonably adjust the visiting order of attractions or reduce the number of attractions after obtaining guests' consent;
(7)Each guest may bring one piece of luggage free of charge. Please note this in the "Special Requirements" section when placing your order. If you bring extra luggage on the day without notifying us at least one day in advance, the tour guide has the right to refuse boarding as it may cause crowding in the vehicle and affect driving safety, and no refund will be issued;
(8)We will arrange different vehicle types based on the actual number of passengers. Please note that vehicle type cannot be specified;
(9)During the group tour, early departure or mid‑tour withdrawal is not permitted. If you choose to leave mid‑tour, the uncompleted portion will be considered as voluntary forfeiture with no refund. Guests who leave or withdraw from the tour are responsible for any accidents that may occur afterwards. We appreciate your understanding;

08:00 Meet at the plaza in front of Nagoya Station Taiko Dori Exit. A guide information email will be sent to you between 6:00pm and 9:00pm the day before departure. Please arrive at the meeting point on time to meet the guide. We recommend arriving 10 minutes before departure. Latecomers will not be waited for, and the tour will depart on time. No refunds will be given for late or no‑show. Please arrive 10 minutes before departure time.
