(1) The tour fee already includes local driver, fluent Mandarin‑speaking tour guide and their gratuities, all admission tickets on the itinerary, and round‑trip transportation costs;

(2) The tour requires a minimum of 1 participant to operate, with a maximum of 44 participants per group;

(3) Charging policy: Children aged 3 or above are charged at the adult rate; children under 3 years old who do not occupy a seat are free of charge. (Each departure group is entitled to only 1 free quota);

(4) Itinerary attractions may be adjusted according to the traffic conditions of the day;

(5) The tour will proceed as scheduled even in rainy weather;

(6) The venue may undergo maintenance or be closed depending on the conditions of the day. The decision rests with the organiser. In such circumstances, our company shall not be held responsible or liable for compensation;

(7) The blooming of maple leaves is subject to weather conditions. If the blooming conditions are not ideal on the departure day, our company shall not be held responsible or liable for compensation;

(8) The Fairytale‑themed Garden Café does not include outdoor cooking;

(9) Outdoor activities carry certain risks and potential dangers. When considering whether to participate in any activities included in the tour or offered during the trip, guests must assess their own suitability based on their health condition or physical ability. In the event of an accident due to force majeure or bodily injury or casualty caused by unforeseeable factors, our company's staff and related personnel shall only be obliged to provide their best rescue efforts. Our company and its members shall not bear any liability for the injured or deceased;

(10) The tour fee already includes admission tickets to all scenic spots. For facilities or experiences within the venues that require additional charges, guests may purchase tickets on their own;

(11) Each guest joining the one‑day tour will receive one bottle of drinking water;

(12) If the restaurant is temporarily closed, fully booked, or inaccessible due to other reasons on the day, an alternative lunch will be arranged;

(13) A fluent Mandarin‑speaking guide will accompany the tour. If the scheduled meeting time of the itinerary is changed, we will contact you via WhatsApp/WeChat/Line or other messaging platforms. Please stay tuned;

(14) As the complimentary breakfast and beverages are limited in quantity and variety, guests are unable to select on‑site. We apologise if we cannot accommodate all guests' needs. For special requirements such as vegetarian meals or food allergies, please prepare your own arrangements as we are unable to cater to individual needs. The free‑of‑charge children who do not occupy a seat are not eligible for this offer. Please contact our customer service department for details;

(15) If any accompanying child under 36 months old does not occupy a seat, the child's passport must be carried and presented to venue staff for age verification when necessary;

(16) As a special arrangement, each guest will be given a carefully selected complimentary breakfast (bread/cake). The quantity and variety of breakfast items are limited and cannot be chosen. We appreciate your understanding;

(17) The arrangement of attractions on the itinerary and the estimated return arrival time may be adjusted according to the traffic conditions of the day. Guests shall not claim compensation or request a refund on such grounds;
