(1) Not applicable to holders of Korean passports;

(2) Must be at least 3 years old to participate;

(3) Children aged 3‑7 must be accompanied by a paying adult;

(4) Infants under 36 months are generally not allowed on board.

(1) Use electronic voucher, valid only on specified date and time;

(2) Order confirmed within 24 hours, please contact customer service if confirmation email not received;

(3) Arrive at ticket office 30 minutes before boarding and redeem physical ticket with booking number RS******;

(4) No refunds or changes for failing to redeem on time or arriving late and missing the trip.

(2) For bookings of the 12:00 noon session, it is recommended to arrive before 12:00, otherwise there may be no staff during lunch break;

(3) Barring adverse weather affecting safety, bicycles operate as usual in both sunny and rainy weather; no refunds will be provided;

(4) Do not stop suddenly, dismount without permission, or play around; keep hands and feet away from chains or rotating wheels;

(5) Maintain a distance of at least 20 metres from the rail bike in front and behind to prevent collisions;

(6) No drinking alcohol or smoking while driving;

(7) Lost tickets will not allow boarding and no refunds will be given;

(8) Passenger capacity must not exceed 2 or 4 persons.
