(1) Participants must be aged 6 or above to join this activity;

(2) Visitors weighing 120kg or more are not allowed to use this facility;

(3) Even if the experience requirements are met, participation may be restricted at the discretion of on‑site staff;

(4) When minors participate in the rock climbing experience, each minor is only allowed to be accompanied by one adult guardian;

(5) Minors are not allowed to act as guardians to accompany other minors (accompanying guardians must not participate in the experience, and minors who are not participating in the experience are not allowed to enter as accompanying guardians);

(1) Long hair must be tied up with a hairband or hair clip;

(2) Wearing jewellery and accessories is not allowed;

(3) Please be sure to wear socks, and wearing a skirt during the experience may cause discomfort;

(4) Single entry only;

(5) This activity is not recommended for individuals in poor physical condition (e.g., high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.), pregnant women, or the elderly;

(6) Due to the nature of the activity, it is not recommended for individuals with limited mobility or wheelchair users;

(7) Bringing outside food and drinks into the venue is prohibited;

(8) Smoking and drinking alcohol are prohibited; if detected by staff, you will be asked to leave the venue immediately;
