Check your email or order management page to view your e‑ticket; present the e‑ticket at the station for ticket inspection before boarding;

Children under 3 years old ride free without occupying a seat; those aged 3 and above are charged the same price as adults;

The journey takes approximately 2 hours. Please arrive at the station 10‑15 minutes before boarding. Latecomers will not be waited for and tickets will be voided.

(1) Each passenger may carry one piece of luggage, with maximum dimensions of 55CM x 45CM x 20CM (i.e., 22 inches x 18 inches x 8 inches) and maximum weight of 10 kg (i.e., 22 lbs), plus one piece of hand luggage with maximum dimensions of 37.5CM x 25CM x 15CM (i.e., 15 inches x 10 inches x 6 inches);

(2) The coach company has the absolute discretion to refuse to allow exceptionally heavy, extra‑long, or oversized luggage (limited to a total of length, width, and height not exceeding 120CM) and any other items deemed unsuitable for boarding, and passengers shall not object;

(3) For excess luggage, the company reserves the right to require passengers to purchase an additional luggage ticket: for travel to/from Hong Kong International Airport, the price is one child ticket (some routes without child fares will charge the adult fare); for travel to/from Hong Kong city centre/Hong Kong Disneyland/Tung Chung Citygate, the price is one adult ticket;
