After logging in, you can select the date, stop, time slot and number of passengers to place an order;

Check your email or in Order Management to view the e‑ticket, present the e‑ticket at the stop for ticket inspection and board the coach;

Children under 3 years old are free of charge without a seat; those aged 3 and above are charged the same as adults;

The journey takes approximately 2 hours. Please arrive at the stop 10‑15 minutes before departure. Latecomers will not be waited for and the ticket will be forfeited.

(1) Each passenger may carry one piece of luggage, with maximum dimensions of 55CM x 45CM x 20CM (i.e. 22 inches x 18 inches x 8 inches); maximum weight of 10 kg (i.e. 22 lbs) and one piece of hand luggage, with maximum dimensions of 37.5CM x 25CM x 15CM (i.e. 15 inches x 10 inches x 6 inches);

(2) The coach company reserves the absolute discretion to disallow the loading of excessively heavy, long or oversized luggage (limited to a total of length, width and height not exceeding 120CM) as well as other items which in the company's absolute discretion are considered unsuitable for loading onto the coach, and passengers shall not raise any objection;

(3) For excess luggage, the company reserves the right to require passengers to purchase an additional luggage ticket. For journeys to/from Hong Kong International Airport, the fare is one child ticket price (for routes without child fares, the adult ticket price will be charged); for journeys to/from Hong Kong city centre / Hong Kong Disneyland / Tung Chung Citygate, the fare is one adult ticket price;
