You can choose between a morning or afternoon session and embark on a journey to learn about the Akha people. The Akha are an ethnic group who migrated to Thailand in the 1900s, and you'll gain an in‑depth understanding of their traditional culture and the perfect fusion of Thai and Akha cuisine. During the cooking class, you'll prepare 10 delicious dishes by hand and enjoy them after the session. At mealtime, savour the soups, spring rolls, stir‑fries, and a variety of other dishes you've cooked yourself.
