Thailand's rich cultural heritage is deeply rooted in its delicious traditional cuisine. Join this fun and educational tour now, and we'll take you to local markets where you can personally pick up the ingredients needed for your cooking class! You can choose between a morning or afternoon session and embark on a journey to learn about the Akha people. The Akha are an ethnic group who migrated to Thailand in the 1900s, and you'll gain an in‑depth understanding of their traditional culture and the perfect fusion of Thai and Akha cuisine. During the cooking class, you'll prepare 10 delicious dishes by hand and enjoy them after the session. At mealtime, savour the soups, spring rolls, stir‑fries, and a variety of other dishes you've cooked yourself. If you'd rather enjoy food than cook it yourself, you can also join a half‑day market tour, tasting a wide range of Thai dishes and traditional street snacks along the way.
