(1) Pre‑school children enter free of charge; if a separate seat is required, please purchase a ticket;
(2) Students of primary school age and above require a ticket;
Moerenuma Park
(1) Seats in this area are not reserved and are allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis. Please sit as close together as possible; each person is entitled to a space roughly equivalent to the size of a 45‑litre rubbish bag (60 cm x 80 cm). Please bring your own sheet or similar item to sit on;
(2) Premium seats are reserved, so you do not need to arrive early to secure your viewing spot. Please check the seat number on the PDF voucher sent to you one day before the event;
(1) Chairs, tarpaulins and simple tents are prohibited in the West Lawn General Admission Area;
(2) On the day, each visitor must present their ticket to the on‑site staff (Ticket Image). The network at the venue may be unstable on the day, so please prepare a screenshot or a printed copy in advance;
(3) If the system shows "Processing", your purchase has been successful. The voucher with the seat number will be sent by email one day before the event;
(4) The use of chairs is not permitted in the free seating area (lawn free seating);
(5) Umbrellas are prohibited to avoid obstructing other spectators' views;
(6) Refunds are only available if the event is cancelled before the scheduled start time of 4:00 PM on Saturday, 5 September due to severe weather or other reasons. If the event is cancelled after it has begun due to severe weather or strong winds, no refund will be issued;
(7) Please enter the venue together with your companions. Visitors who plan to arrive separately should purchase tickets separately;
(8) Seat selection is not available for premium seats. The seat number will be notified via messages in "My Page (マイページ)" one day before the event;

The event is held at Moerenuma Park, designed by Isamu Noguchi. The park boasts vast grounds with completely unobstructed views, perfectly showcasing the intricately crafted fireworks design full of three‑dimensional depth.
