Delivery service with accommodation is limited to registered hotels only. Please refer to our website for the hotel list.

When making a reservation, please make sure to fill in accurately in English: the name and contact details of the person making the booking, the time for collecting luggage at the station/port/airport, and the name of the accommodation (if sending from one location to another, please fill in both). We will confirm your reservation after confirming the delivery arrangement.

If the accommodation information you provide does not match the booking details, your reservation may be cancelled (non‑refundable) or additional charges may apply.

• The delivery service is only applicable to guests registered on the website. Please make sure to check before booking.

📌 Luggage Collection Method and Time

Please register your luggage photos in advance via the email link sent by "ZIMCARRY" one day before the service date.

Please drop off your luggage at the store according to the booking time.

Your luggage will be delivered safely to your accommodation between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM on the same day.

You can collect your luggage at the front desk or the luggage storage area upon check‑in.

Please contact us via the messenger to enquire about the delivery status of your luggage and make your requests.

📌 Luggage Arrival Time

Store → Accommodation / Accommodation → Accommodation: Arrival between 16:00 and 19:00

Accommodation → Store: Available for collection after 15:00

If you collect your luggage at the hotel, there is no need to collect it on time. Your luggage will be kept at the hotel front desk, and you can collect it upon check‑in.
