Subway tickets, English‑speaking guide, English‑speaking staff, round‑trip transfers, drive and take the subway to street food, dinner (choose one option only): SOTO, 5 skewers of chicken satay, fried rice, Angkringan cat rice, Indonesian fried tofu.
Meals and beverages, other personal expenses, tips, insurance; airport transfers/pick‑up/drop‑off at the airport, hotels near the airport, BSD City (Bumi Serpong Damai) and PIK (Pantai Indah Kapuk) require an additional 250,000 IDR (per vehicle).
