(1) This activity is applicable from Monday to Friday;

(2) No prior experience is required. This activity is safe for beginners;

(3) If visitors fail to present a valid identification document, BX Rink reserves the right to refuse entry;

(4) Operating dates and times are subject to change without prior notice. Customers are advised to contact the partner directly via the official website https://bxrink.com before visiting;

(5) Due to age restrictions, visitors under 4 years old are prohibited from entering the skating rink;

(6) Customers must ensure they are in good health condition;

(7) The smallest rental shoe size is 25, and the largest shoe size is 47;

(8) Each ticket is valid for single entry by one person only. Customers who have left the BX Rink gate area must purchase a full‑price ticket for re‑entry;

(9) Parents or skating companions who wish to enter the waiting area must purchase a companion wristband at the BX Rink counter, priced at 18,000 Indonesian Rupiah. Each transaction allows the purchase of only one companion wristband, which is for multiple entries by one person (allows multiple entries/exits through the gate). The companion wristband is non‑transferable under any circumstances. If the companion wristband is damaged or torn, it becomes invalid, and the companion must purchase a new one at the normal price to enter the BX Rink area;

(10) Do not punch, push, pull, or otherwise harass other visitors;

(11) BX Rink and HOPETRIP shall not be held responsible for any injuries or accidents occurring during play in the BX Rink area;

(12) For the safety and convenience of other visitors, BX Rink reserves the right to refuse entry to visitors;

(13) Customers must bring their own gloves and socks. Customers may also purchase gloves (20,000 IDR) and socks (15,000 IDR) at the BX Rink counter.
