(1) Children aged 0‑6 are free; children aged 16 and above are charged the same as adults;

(2) Children aged 0‑6 must be accompanied by a paying adult; children aged 0‑6 do not require a ticket;

(1) Most buses are wheelchair accessible, but boats are not. For safety reasons, passengers with reduced mobility must still be able to board and alight the bus independently;

(2) Prams can be brought on board the bus, but must be folded and stored away;

(7) Pets are not allowed, except for guide dogs with identification;

(8) Intoxicated persons may be refused entry or denied service, and no refund will be given;

(9) Smoking and drinking are prohibited; if found by staff, the person will be asked to leave immediately;

(10) The activity is suitable for wheelchairs; wheelchair / mobility aid users must be accompanied by a carer;

(1) Voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time);

(2) Voucher is valid from the start time of the activity for a duration of 1 day. The voucher will expire at the same time on the final day (e.g., if the activity time is 13:00, the voucher will expire at 13:00 after 1 day);
